Kamar kotor. Kamar mandi kotor seperti tidak dibersihkan, di pojok kamar mandi ada kotoran tokek. Bath tube kotor ada karatan. Malam hari ada suara tokek, staf kurang ramah, lokasi strategis, harga oke.

Benar-benar menyesal. saya sudah 5 kali menginap di dewa Bharata, tapi baru kali ini dapat kamar yang benar-benar tidak nyaman. Mulai dari kita mau ganti kamar karena tidak sesuai sama yang kemarin-marin kita menginap disana, petugas tidak menanggapi dengan baik. Malah sambil main game lagi! Oke lah, tidak jadi ganti kamar, tapi pas masuk kamar, colokan cuma 1 di samping tempat tidur dan 1 lagi kalau kita mau pake TV harus matikan kulkas, Dan waktu mau mandi, showernya patah donk, sampai kita harus lakbanin, hadewh, sumpah, kecewa banget tidak lagi-lagi deh. Niatnya jadi langganan tiap ke Ubud malah kaya gini pelayanannya. Bahkan tidak ada kata maaf dari petugas.

Overall baik, dekat restoran, plih kamar yang dekat dengan kolam supaya WiFi kencang soalnya WiFi tidak tersebar merata ke kamar paling depan. kalau pagi, bisa menikmati suasana Ubud yang asri, kalau malam, gelap kurang penerangan di taman luar. Masih ada beberapa serangga di kasur yang mengganggu saya sulit tidur.

Tempatnya oke banget awalnya ngeliat fotonya biasa aja eh tau taunya pas menginap disana tempatnya oke bersih, ac oke, tv oke. Kolam renang agak kotor tpa ikotor karena daun jatuh aja kok akhirnya aku saring sendiri but ovrall oke semua. Cuma tolong parkiran motor pegawai di rapikan supaya mobil nya pun ikut rapi parkirannya. Pelayan hotelnya pun ramah ramah kita di buat santai banget disana

Lokasinya cukup strategis, tempatnya tenang, kamar dibersihkan tiap hari, stafnya cukup cekatan. Hanya agak kesulitan menggunakan shower karena keran switch-nya keras sehingga air keluar lewat keran bukan shower. Tampaknya itu perlu diperbaiki
