Saya sewa unit 1707 di apt Grand Setiabudi Bandung. Unit sangat kotor. Tidak rekomen. Failitas minim. Tissue harus diminta, air galon kosong ditanya malah disuruh beli sendiri. Kopi dan teh tidak tersedia. Ac kamar kecil tidak berfungsi. Exhaust di kamar juga mati. Kamar mandi bau dan kotor. Unit tidak terawat. Tidak layak untuk disewakan.

Menyenangkan, lokasi apartemen strategis, apartemen luas 3 kamar, 1 kamar utama kamar mandi dalam, peralatan dapur lengkap, internet lancar, kekurangan dispenser nyala tp untuk air panas tidak berfungsi/kurang panas, kekurangan kamar mandi luar sehabis mandi airnya menggenang, pintu balkon gak bisa dibuka kuncinya gak pas (mau jemur handuk di luar gak bisa).

Overall bagus, hanya saja deposti yang terlalu besar 650.000 hampir sama dengan harga kamar yang dibayar. Awalnya diinfokan kalau pemgembalian deposit akan dikembalikan 1-2 hari kerja, tapi setelah bersikukuh untuk pengembalian secara cash akhirnya diberikan pada saat check-out.
