我喜欢这栋别墅，因为它有私人游泳池，环境宜人宁静，而且靠近乌鲁瓦图的旅游景点。

The hotel is quite dark at night. The stove can not be used, the fridge also not clean enough, so many ants around the villa. At the end of the day. My villa unfortunately, smell rat dead, somewhere from the garden. Hoping the hotel may improve and concern about those above.

Calm ambience, relaxing atmosphere, and excellent service.

Me and my wife booked the suites room for 3 nights. We start the stay given the news that our room has been “upgraded” to a “panoramic room”. Wow we are delighted! Unfortunately all the buggies are broken so we have to walk all the way to our room, it's OK. In our panoramic room, the floor is rather dirty, and the AC is broken, very hot especially in the morning next day. Also the bathup is broken because the water cannot be drained, and it was full of cold water so we couldn't make use of it. We request to move to our suites room that we booked here. They said we have to wait until 3 pm because the room is still being prepared, which means we have to start our day trip so late, but it's still OK. Then we start moving to the suites room on the 2nd floor. Guess what, the elevator is broken, so we have to take the stairs carrying our luggage. We entered the room, and the view is so much better, we can see the sea, while we couldn't in our “panoramic room”. Also one more thing, the bath is so much better located beside the pool. I feel robbed of that 1 night in the “panoramic room”, and I request to speak with the manager. How come they sell our room to another guest if we already paid for it?! Later that night, they gave us complimentary floating breakfast for the next morning. Upon further stay, I found a lot of stains in the bed sheet, and the shower button is broken so we can't use the shower (the button is stuck in the tap water which is used to fill the bath up). I told my wife, it's okay, we can still enjoy this stay, we just need to request a bed sheet change, and so we did ask. We told the hotel that we will leave at 4 pm, and we request them to make up the room and change the bed sheet. They said okay we will do it. At 4 pm we left the room and put the “please makeup room” sign at the door. Guess what we find when we come back at 9 pm? Nothing was done! They didn't make up the room one bit. The bed sheet was messy and unchanged. The floating breakfast basket and the dirty plates are still floating in the pool. Towels, mats, shower gel, shampoo, etc weren't renewed/changed. We immediately went to the receptionist and asked why didn't they make up our room, they said they lacked human resource and at that hour the housekeeping team has gone home already. What a mess! We tried to speak to the manager, but the receptionist told me that the manager is on holiday every Saturday and Sunday. Isn't it supposed to be the busiest time of the week for a hotel?! Then we ask for the manager's phone, and the receptionist reluctantly gave it to us. We make the call and tell our experience. He said sorry but can't give any solution, he will discuss it in their next meeting. (What the hell?!) We said we want our last night (1 of 3 nights) to be refunded, and he said, try to talk to your agent. So please help me get a solution from this miserable hotel. Their service has completely ruined our stay in what is supposed to be a healing experience. As a note, I ordered a lot from this app (flights, hotels, train tickets) and I think I have never complained once, so if I complained, it really is disappointing. Hope to hear from you soon.

You gotta check your bed before you sleep here, bcs mine is full of insect that’s the worst part, there are many more but I won’t write it here.

This is perfect for family vacation. Spacey rooms, spectacular view and very friendly staffs. As it goes with its name, this place is a little bit hidden. But this truly is a gem hiding in the the woods.

Best service, best view, best location, best price, best staff! One of the best villa around Uluwatu area.

Villanya nyaman terutama tempat tidur dan living roomnya, namun untuk kitchennya tidak tersedia alat masak dan utensil, air mineralnya tidak free refill tiap saat dan masih menggunakan botol plastik. Untuk bathroom nya tidak tersedia bathfoam :( dan untuk sarapan agak kesulitan jika cuaca hujan karena harus ke resto, sangat disayangkan kalo mau request sarapan diantar k kamar kena charge 100k.

Kamar sesuai di foto, sarapan enak. Recommended.

Love this place, a good start to a Bali holiday that’s away from busy seminyak but close to a lot of nice beaches and cliff bars

Kamar oke. infinity pool viewnya tidak seindah yang di foto, harga tidak terlalu mahal jika dibandingkan dengan villa lain yang sejenis. Room service tidak 24 jam sayangnya.

Saya sangat menikmati liburan disini, stafnya juga ramah. cocok untuk liburan keluarga.

Amazing stay with amazing staff .. Mr. Agung from sales as well as surya from the kitchen where more than welcoming and made our stay perfect. Our needs and requests were promptly met. The floating breakfast is a must. I recommend the suite for better view and less nature sounds. However if you are ok with the nature stuff then the villa is stunning.

This is my first time here, and I really amazed with their hospitality. Actually I never heard this place before. I love go to new place to stay, so I try this one. To go here, it's better if you have your own vehichle, like car or motorcycle, because this place really hiden from main road. I rarely see taxi here. To go here, just use waze. 100% accurate. Don't worry , the road , yes, it's small, better you take small vehicle here. When you go in, you will amazed. How come this place exist here. Actually, when I book here, I little worried about getting the room not same like the photo (some said that in review), then I go request for infinity view. They can't promise if they can, it's subject to availibility. It's okay, worth to try. And then, they give us one bedroom villa with this amazing view ! Really love it! The room is big, they also have stove for cooking some snack, bathup is great, I really love their design. They use natural stone in wall and bathroom. Maybe you will think it's dirty, but it's not. They are natural stone. Sometimes you will meet insect, but they also provide Insect killer and repellent. But please, don't kill them. Thank you hideaways, you make our 2nd wedding anniversary beautiful. My wife really like it. Thank you !

Almost everything was wanting. In every night there was somebody burning trash and smoke came heavily into the house and all rooms, very bad. All TVs were blurry. Receptionist took very long to pick up phone and after 10pm nobody answered as complaint about the smoke would be conveyed. Breakfast quality was very poor, Marmelade tasted like not sweet nor salty. Plants around the villa got not enough water so they cut down many branches, they looked massacred and ugly. Shower water barely dropped down, better to take bath in the swimming pool and wash hairs outside. Mosquitoes broke sleeps in the night. Very disturbing

Villa yang sangat bagus, dengan staf yang super ramah, nuansa tenang, jauh dari kebisingan, tapi dekat dengan pantai-pantai wisata di Bali 👌

Staf hotel yang ramah, kondisi villa bersih dan tenang. Sangat menyenangkan.
