Apartemen ini berhubungan dengan aplikasi Travelio, jadi ketika kami mau check in, cukup susah karena nomer telpon yang ada tidak bisa dihubungi, di lokasi ini banyak tower apartemennya, jadi kami bingung harus bilang tower yang mana, setelah bertanya akhirnya ketemu dan ada tulisan Travelio, tapi tidak ada petugasnya. Setelah menunggu beberapa menit, baru ada petugas yang datang menghampiri kami. Lalu di antar ke Unitnya yang ternyata ada 3 BR tapi hanya 2 BR yang dibuka, 1 BR di kunci. Di kamar utama BRnya ranjangnya agak berisik kalau badan kami merubah posisi tidur.
