真是太糟糕了，我们到达时，房间又脏又臭，厕所更是脏得令人作呕。我们到了之后连客套话都没说，直接就走了，尽管租期只有4个小时。我对Traveloka也很失望，他们居然要求提供房间照片才能退款。看到那地方的时候，我根本没时间失望。不过，就当吸取教训吧。

Kamarnya bagus dan besar tapi sayangnya kotor banget berasa tidak disapu debu dimana-mana, harusnya dibersihkan saat ada yang mau check-in apalagi saya sudah pesan sehari sebelumnya, dan perlengkapan mandi pun sabun sampo pun ga ada.

Pelayanan cukup baik, proses check in cepat, staff cukup ramah, hanya saja kamar kotor, sprei kotor, lemari semua kotor, di bawah laci kaca banyak sampah, kamar mandi kotor, intinya seperti tidak pernah di bersihkan, saya tau ini hotel kelas melati, saya no problem dengan fasilitas, tapi tolong kebersihan di jaga, sampah menumpuk di laci lemari, saya sampah check out karena tidak nyaman.

Saya pesan untuk 3 kamar, tiga tiganya shower mati, toilet bau dan banyak puntung rokok, lemari penuh tisu bekas, handuk bolong-bolong, Sprei kotor memang saya pesan harga yang murah setidaknya standar hotel itu harus bersih. Semoga ada peningkatan kualitas untuk kedepannya.

Mendapatkan kamar di lantai atas, tepat di depan balkon (nomor 104). Karena kaca ventilasi didesign tidak tertutup rapat jadi suara kendaraan sangat terdengar, terlebih lagi banyak sekali motor yang knalpotnya modifikasian jadi sangat sulit untuk tidur. Kedua, saat baru sampai di kamar di wc ada kotoran yang belum dibersihkan, tidak ada tempat sampah di kamar, di seprai banyak bolongan bekas rokok (padahal peraturan tidak boleh merokok di kamar) dan tidak ada cermin. Sebenarnya dengan range harga yang ditawarkan tidak ada ekspektasi apa-apa. Tapi at least, standar kebersihan dan kenyamanan suatu penginapan terpenuhi, ini jauh dari itu. Tolong manajemen penginapan lebih memperhatikan hal-hal tersebut.
