Semua buruk. Pelayanannya ga ramah banget, mukanya cemberut, staf-stafnya. Kamar kotor, ga sesuai di gambar iklan. Kamar mandi jorok, air kran macet-macet. Mesin pompanya ditaruh di dalam kamar dan itu berisik banget. Toilet duduk tapi ga ada landasan buat pantat, ini bikin dongkol. AC ga dingin. Bedcovernya banyak noda bekas lendir, ini paling jijik sih. Ga dapet handuk, keset, maupun perlengkapan mandi. Semoga saya menjadi yang terakhir yang dikecewakan di tempat ini.

Kamar luas, bersih, ac cukup dingin. Minusnya, ga ada perlengkapan mandi, sprei bantal kasur selimut gak wangi, semoga ke depannya bisa ditingkatkan lagi fasilitasnya.

Kebersihan lantai ok tapi untuk kebersihan seprai, selimut, bantal sepertinya jarang di ganti dan kamar mandi sangat kotor. Air untuk mandi tidak bisa di hidupkan.
