Saya sudah sampai di homestay tapi dibilang sudah penuh dan tidak bisa memberi solusi untuk refund, dikasih no cs Traveloka tapi tidak bisa dihubungi, pegawai memberi solusi dipindah ke tempat lain yang lebih mahal 2x lipat, sangat mengecewakan.

Traveloka ini benar-benar penginapan sudah tidak kerjasama masih di pasang iklan, ini saya ada beberapa orang datang ke tempat penginapan dengan kena prank dari traveloka, tolong siatem’a diperbaiki ini sangat merugikan pelanggan 😡.
