房间和应用程序上的图片不符……浴室里有股尿骚味。水槽裂了，床垫太软了，因为是弹簧床……弹簧真的很软，而且容易下垂。空调很冷，但浴室没有热水。有Wi-Fi，但网速不太快。

非常非常不符合对家庭友好的描述，结果非常不符合，清洁度很抱歉，从大厅到二楼非常非常脏，而二楼恰好是我住的房间。因为条件不允许我和我的孩子不住在这里，所以决定取消。不幸的是，traveloka 不提供退款，退款流程非常复杂。

就房间大小来说还可以，空调也很冷，但是电视不能用，马桶冲水也不能用，没有纸巾或垫子，特别是我们拖地后进去的时候，还没干，申请外还有额外费用，比标价还贵，如果你想提早入住需要额外付费，也许他们可以更友好一些，保持清洁

Minta penambahan biaya pas check-in. Scamming hotel! Kamar mandi pintunya rusak. Showernya rusak air ga keluar dari shower. Hanya wastafel dan closet yang nyala airnya.

kamar bau rokok, kamar mandi kotor, air shower cuma netes doang, air hitam (tidak layak buat mandi). Resepsionis ditanya soal air yg kecil, dijawab "memang begitu" pintu kamar mandi gak ada, TV tidak ada siaran dan ada biaya tambahan ketika di lokasi. Parah. gak bakal mau lagi nginap disini.
