入住的时候，虽然已经在app上全额支付了，但是却被要求另外支付9.5万，理由是与酒店老板设定的价格不符。多次要求开具发票但都没有开具，酒店工作人员的服务非常差。

1. 因为应用程序/Oyo 上的价格不是实际价格，所以要求额外支付 50,000/天？ 2. 非常脏，当我们进入住宿区时，到处都是烟头，前厅桌子上（我们在那里报告入住时间）还有榴莲皮。这位工作人员在为我们办理登机手续时还在吸烟。 3.房间很脏，没有打扫过，还有（更多）烟头。 4.卫生间很脏，马桶堵塞，水箱使用多年未清洗的塑料桶（有青苔/残留污垢）。

Sedikit aneh harga app gak sesuai, Yah makin itu cara marketing mereka, Kan bisa di update, sebenernya bisnis itu harus amanah, Untuk fasilitas buat aku ma ok aja untuk harga segitu, hanya saha kebersihan sangat kurang, Harusnya house keeping wanita. Walaupun failitas seperti itu kalo bersih pasti nyaman.

Pengalaman sangat buruk selama menginap: 1. Harga di Aplikasi berbeda pda waktu cek in, akan diminta tambahan waktu cek in. 2. Bamtal sudah robek, banyak noda, dan tanpa sarung bantal, mau di minta ke Receptionist tidak stay di tempat. 3. Kamar mandi kotor, tanpa shower, tombol closet rusak, intinya sudah tidak nyaman sekali. 4. Tanpa handuk, sabun, pasta gigi, dan lain-lain. 5. Kamar hotel berdebu, termasuk tempat tidur berdebu. Intinya dri semuanya, menginap kali ini memang yang terburuk.
