Tidak ada gantungan handuk/baju. Sudah disampaikan ke resepsionis namun tidak ada upaya untuk menyediakan gantungan. Jadi susah kalo mandi harus handukan di luar kamar mandi. Terkesan layanan penginapan yang tidak nyaman jadinya, hanya gara-gara hal sepele seperti gantungan baju atau handuk yang tidak tersedia.
