The view is good. Love to stay here with family. Access easy to everywhere and whenever. Just the floor need to be mop cause its not feel clean. Seems only sweeping. The sofa need some repair I guess.

Sebenarnya sangat menyenangkan menginap di Harbour Bay Residence di malam tahun baru. Namun sayang, hujan deras mengguyur Kota Batam. Jadi tidak bisa menikmati pesta kembang api, baik di Kota Batam maupun di negara Singapura. Biasanya pesta kembang api di Singapura terlihat jelas dari balkon apartment.

Sangat puas view nya ok banget, roomnya besar lega, fasilitas ok, nginep lama pun betah. Cuma 1 yang sangat ga nyaman, Sofa. Semoga bisa di ganti, karena sangat-sangat tidak nyaman, berasa banget per-per nya. Di sini tidak disediakan perlengkapan mandi ya (sabun, shampoo, pasta gigi, sikat gigi, sisir kecil), jadi harus bawa sendiri atau bisa beli di mini market bawah tapi disediakan handuk & hairdryer. Parkir juga bayar sendiri ya, tidak ada perlakuan khusus walaupun kita tamu menginap tapi ga mahal ko.

Pros:• Staff Lovina sangat helpful.• Security Harbour Bay juga sangat helpful.• Mall, Pelabuhan Laut menuju Singapura, Tempat makan, cafe, jogging track, dan lain-lain dalam jarak tempuh (deket-deket semua).• Fasilitas di dalam kamar sangat lengkap.• Kolam renangnya 👍👍👍.• Pemandangan dari kamar dan balkon ruang tamu keren banget. Singapura terlihat jelas. Hunting sunset juga ga perlu kemana-mana, cukup duduk di balkon.• Tempat parkir luas. Cons:• Sofa nya udah agak rusak di bagian tengah. Jadi ga nyaman jika dipakai untuk duduk maupun berbaring.• Channel TV hanya ada 8, itu pun semutan alias ga terang. Mau login Netflix pun gagal mulu. Akhirnya harus cukup puas dengan nonton Youtube.• Kartu Akses hanya ada 1. Agak menyulitkan ketika tamu harus keluar kamar ke tujuan yang berbeda. Abstain (ga nyobain, jadi ga bisa ngasih review):• Kompor listrik.• Fasilitas gym.• Air Minum Kangen Water. Summary: Nginep di Apartment ini asyik banget. Kalo ditanya “mau nginep di sana lagi ga?”. Jawaban Saya cuma 1, “for sure”.

Banyak serangga kecil dimana mana (Kamar .,dapur wastafel kamar mandi) tidak bisa merokooookk.... handukk nya kotor... menginap 4 hari tidak ada fasilitas bersihkan kamar dan ganti handuk...g ada room service lah pokonya... cek in nya ribet harus tgg jam 3 pelayanan not good..gak rekomendasi buat perokok dan orang-orang cinta kebersihan 😭
