Nginep di sini harga mahal tapi fasilitasnya buruk TV diruang tamu mati tidak menyala, hiburan kita di sini untuk santai kalau ga nonton tv bareng-bareng trus mau ngapain! Hanya 1 TV saja yang menyala di kamar. Biaya parkir menginap tidak free dan kena biaya 100k karena menginap 1hri. Tolong diperbaiki untuk fasilitasnya dan harusnya free untuk biaya parkir.

Awalnya saya pesan lewat aplikasi tapi setelah dekat waktunya saya ditransfer ke via trevelio. Di dalam ruangan penuh debu sampai saya dan baby usia 8bulan pilek dan batuk karena saya punya riwayat alergi debu. Tidak dapet kopi, teh dan gula seperti biasanya kita dapet di saat staycation. Jujur saya kecewa dengan pelayanannya yang ga sesuai dengan harga yang saya bayar. Saya sering treveling ke kota Surabaya dan staycation di apartemen, tapi pelayanan dan fasilitas lumayan baik, dibanding di sini. Saya sewa apartemen ini, karena suami saya meeting di daerah dekat sini. Semoga ke depannya lebih baik lagi ya. Dan untuk aplikasi, mohon jangan mudah mentransefer pesanan orang, ke aplikasi lain. Sebaiknya kasih keterangan di setiap hotel-hotel dan apartemen yang dipasarkan di aplikasi. Jadi tidak mengecewakan kepemesan. Parkir mobil saya kena 150k/nginap untuk mobil saya! Saya sangat kecewa banget. Dan satu lagi, jam 1 malam listrik bunyi menandakan pulsa habis. Pokoknya staycation di sini sangat mengecewakan!
