我在这里住过两次。在泗水西部，价格还算实惠。一开始我有点困惑，因为没有招牌。房间干净整洁，香气扑鼻。只是墙壁有点脏。床单上也有很多污渍。接待员有点粗鲁，说话有时甚至很粗鲁。如果可能的话，我推荐一位友善的接待员。值班人员很友好。第一次入住时，空调漏水，我不得不换房间。门锁不好。第二次入住时，钥匙换成了房卡。一切都很棒👍🏻。可惜没有酒店拖鞋。

标准单人间还行，就是厕所位置不太好，面朝墙壁，几乎没有空间。房间大小也比较小，只适合一个人住。如果带很多东西，会比较麻烦。门直接开到床边，去卫生间的空间也很小。不过除此之外，房间非常舒适安静，空调也完全没问题。提供矿泉水、酒店用品和干净的毛巾。景色也很棒。旅馆前面和旁边有很多小吃摊，步行不远就是Ciputra购物中心。

房间干净整洁，舒适，但空间不够宽敞。餐饮区很近，就在Indomaret旁边，交通便利，前台接待员也很友好。谢谢🙏🏻☺️

员工很友好，但还有待改进例如问候、微笑、问候矿泉水需要提前申请浴室有异味水槽不顺畅空调噪音大、脏乱且不冷我预订了两间房，其中一间还不错，很舒适，但正如我上面提到的，我还需要再订一间周围的环境也非常舒适，而且附近有一个小超市，可以寻找食物，早晚都有很多摊位离哪儿都近，尤其是泗水著名的购物中心之一，步行5分钟即可到达而且离以排队长而闻名的夜市也很近所以个人体验非常满意谢谢

办理入住手续很快，位置靠近泗水西部地区，有很多食品摊贩，并且有公共交通经过。这是我第二次来这里，他们确实升级了房间里的设施。由于停车场不在围栏内或没有遮盖，可能需要安排待命保安人员来提高客人的安全性。

Staff-nya lemah lembut, enggak banyak tingkah. Baik juga. Dari kamar standar perpanjang ke kamar deluxe dibolehin langsung pindah paginya, karena kebetulan pas mau pergi jam 8-2 siang, jadi barang dari kamar standar bisa langsung dioper ke kamar deluxe. Pas udah check out juga masih dibolehin titip barang, daripada jalan-jalan bawa barang banyak hehe. Semua fasilitas fungsi dengan baik, wangi. Tapi emang lantai kamar standar ada bercak kotornya dikit tapi kalau aku sih enggak masalah haha. Aku paham yang dimaksud orang ada bercak noda di bedsheet. Memang ada, terutama yang standar. Yang deluxe hampir enggak kelihatan karena cuma dikit di pinggir. Tapi yakin itu udah dicuci bersih karena wangi. Cuman emang nodanya membandel mungkin ya. Toileteries lengkap. Kalau book standar memang harus nerima beberapa kekurangan seperti remote TV dikaretin sama kaca kamar mandi diselotip. Tapi semua berfungsi. Kalau Anda customer kemenyek cerewet mending book deluxe atau superior, aman segalanya. Tapi aku cinta indoor fake plant nya di semua ruangan, bikin ilusi seger dalam ruangan. Kalau ada apa-apa di Surabaya mau book sini aja, kamar deluxe-nya worth it
