服务非常糟糕，没有任何便利设施，只有一条毛巾，没有牙刷，没有饮料，浴室里弥漫着尿骚味、床罩味、发痒的毯子味，房间里弥漫着可怕的气味。我到达时，没有关于哪个塔的信息，所以我迷路了，去了另一座塔。到达后，我只能通过WA和电话获得指引，不得不自己行动。我真的很后悔再次入住那里，价格和酒店一样，但设施却很糟糕。

Muter-muter nyasar nyari “Mataram City” karena ngikutin maps dari app yang titiknya nyasar jauh, sampai minta di-guide sama orang unit-nya dan ternyata 1 area sama The Alana (kalau dari awal ngasih tau 1 area sama The Alana pasti enggak nyasar 😅). Kamarnya besar, tapi kemarin pas saya nginep sebagian listrik lagi mati jadi rada gelap. Interior agak jadul, kamar mandi enggak ada gantungan handuk dan tirainya. Di kamar juga enggak ada tisu. Lokasi strategis. Mbak-nya yang ngasih kunci baik dan helping, makasih Mbak Tya.

Kamar tidak bersih, lampu ada yang mati sudah dikomplain tidak langsung dibenahi padahal kami menginap 3 malam, colokan listrik ada yang tidak berfungsi. Suasana kamar suram, tidak ada tissue di kamar mandi hanya ada tissue sedikit sekali. Dengan harga segitu cukup mengecewakan.

The service is good, but for security it's not enough at that time, because the room key can't be removed from the inside so if you go out the door isn't locked. Hopefully it's fixed soon. Overall it's satisfying
