Hotel dengan budget terjangkau untuk kita yang minim budget, jarak ke Malioboro dekat, sangat nyaman untuk wisatawan yang low budget dan juga hanya untuk tempat istirahat.

Pagi-pagi antri kamar mandi setelah dapat antrian malah airnya habis dan nunggu airnya ngalir lagi lama betul. Tidak ada parkiran buat mobil.
