Tidak ada resepsionisnya, baru datang sepi dan check-out langsung ninggalin hotelnya saja. Katanya hotelnya buka kalau ada yang reservasi saja.

Lokasi hotel didepan jalan raya tapi berisik sekali, kamar kotor tidak di pel dan kamar mandi tidak disikat. Saat saya pinjam pel ternyata wipolnya habis belum dibelikan, mohon yang seperti ini jangan terjadi lagi. Terima kasih.

I've check location before check in and the receptionist said gate always open even at night. My daughter & my mom check in at 3PM and said there's no towels. I brought towel at 10PM after work and the gate was closed. After I gave her towel,she said they already gave 2 because they forgot to put it. Until my daughter check out she didn't know the wifi password because they never told. At night there's no one so she can't ask.
