booking suite room, tp kamar nya tdk seperti suite room, waterhiter tidak berfungsi, d apps dpt breakfast, tp kenyataan di hotel tidak ada, yg lebih parah nya, belum lg checkout, pihak hotel nya sudah datangi kamar & membuka pintu dgn kunci serep mreka, parah banget ni hotel, benar-benar gak recomen!!!! mnyesal ngambil hotel ni, & pesan kamar suite room nya, zonkkkk semuanya

Kekurangannya Kamar kotor, AC tidak dingin, pemanas air tidak hidup. Dilemari banyak kotoran kecoa. Kelebihannya dekat dengan loket Bus Sanura dan warkop.

1.Air Minum di kamar tidak ada, 2.Menu makanan ada, tapi pas di hub pihak hotel sampaikan pesan sendiri di depan hotel (tidak ada solusi mau tawarin bla bla bla) 3.Sarapan kurang memuaskan selain itu oke,pelayanan cukup bagus,kamar cukup bersih

Sarapannya kurang menu, hanya disediakan nasi soto dan tempe, air panas dikamar tidak ada/tidak bisa masak sendiri, Kamar mandi shower berkarat dan wastafel tidak berfungsi. Handuk kasar dan baunya kurang segar.
