Booked for 3 nights, 2 bedrooms apartment, it’s actually 1 bedroom but they convert the living room for another room, so no living room/dining area. I love the facilities & security within the property - you only can access it with the access card, even to the outdoor pool, limited to 1 person, you could ask another 2 extra with the front desk. There’s a family mart at the lobby near the entrance of the pool, open up early till late, super convenient!
Wished the property management of this apartment provide the basics, like toilet paper, trash bin in the kitchen & propane tanks, dish soap, and tea towels.

我住的巴哈马塔的房间没有热水器。浴室有异味，淋浴水流不出来，导致地板积水和潮湿。
房间里只提供肥皂和毛巾，就这个价格来说还算不错。
床单有淡淡的洗衣香味，非常舒适。短暂的1-2天入住感觉还不错。
退房的时候，来了三个人。其中一个人把所有东西都检查了一遍，比如马桶冲水、水流，还四处张望。我是说，我只住一天，会出什么问题？我会偷什么东西？一个杯子和一把椅子？她检查了好一会儿，好像她根本不想退还我50万印尼盾的现金押金😅

像大多数可能不太拥挤的酒店一样，床单上满是灰尘，地板也拖过，我的脚也脏了，我们一大早就退房了，因为我们的目的只是游泳后休息一下，请提高清洁度，因为游泳池又好又宽敞，还可以看到飞机飞过，很抱歉，希望床单和地板的清洁度和灰尘可以得到改善

Ranjang sangat buruk. Kebersihan masih biasa biasa aja. Pelanyanan lambat sekali mimin Nya. Sudah nginap 4malam 5hari, servisi harus utamakan. Harus perhatiin yang nginap lama, seperti bath soap, hya ada 1/10 % dari botol. 4kali mandi untuk 2orng habis. Minta nya bath soap, sampai harus berdebat. Handuk juga harus nya ada 2set. Kebersihan kamar ok. Kenyamanan ok. Waktu check in agak telat. Jam 4 sore masi proses finishing. Masalah cuma di kamar mandi tersumbat. Air nggak bisa turun sama sekali. Jadi mandi gak nyaman. Dapet kamar di lantai 9, bersebelahan dengan orang Tiongkok yang berisik banget dari jam 11 malam sampai jam 1 pagi 😱.

Sewa one bedroom lux tower Honolulu unit 5M. Ga pernah nemu property agency kaya gini. Saya tiba jam 2 kurang sesuai dengan kesepakatan, tapi harus nunggu sampai jam 4 buat check in. Dikasih tau late check in pas udah sampai di apartment. Gampang banget ngomong “karena late check in diberi kompensasi berupa late check out”, sangat tidak menghargai waktu tamu. Saya rasa ini seharusnya bukan kompensasi kaya yang dibilang agen, tapi emang hak saya dapet late checkout soalnya kelalaian di pihak mereka. Soal kompensasi harusnya beda lagi karena tidak menghargai waktu tamu. Staff datang ga pake minta maaf atau apa langsung nyanggah kalau masalah jadwal bukan bagian mereka dan terkesan tidak peduli. Unit pun kosongan, bahkan oyo atau reddoorz aja saya rasa disediain tissue, ini ga ada tissue, shampoo, minum jangankan peralatan masak. Dan ini tidak diinfokan di listing. Lucunya peralatan makan dari plastik murah dan remote pun cuma untuk ac dan tv living room, kamar ga ada remote. Bathroom toilet rembes air kemana2, udah males ketemu staffnya soalnya komplen remote pun ga digubris.
Waktu check out, tetap diminta checkout on time awalnya sampai harus dikomplen lagi baru sadar, koordinasi jelek sekali.
And they have the audacity to ask for 5 stars in the end wkwk.
Saya belum pernah nulis review jelek tapi ini sudah keterlaluan menurut saya. Review ini saya tulis dengan seobjektif mungkin untuk para tamu, dan saya sarankan hindari listing ALL Properties. Seandainya ada pengalaman serupa, langsung komplen saja ke pihak traveloka untuk ditindak lanjut dan diberikan kompensasi yang lebih sesuai.
Untuk owner unit, tolong lebih aware dalam memilih agent property. Saya sudah sering menginap di goldcoast, dan agent2 lain lebih baik dari ini. Banyak agent property lain yang lebih thoughtful dan care dalam merawat dan menyewakan unitnya. Silahkan dipertimbangkan kerjasama dengan agent lain.
