在普拉塔兰孟加冈国家公园的住宿体验非常棒。陪同我的护林员知识渊博，我们互相交流故事非常有趣。一天之内我体验了这么多事情，非常感谢酒店工作人员帮我安排行程（因为有些设施需要提前准备）。食物很棒！景色非常禅意，整个氛围也非常和谐。这的确是一个绝佳的度假胜地。在酒店里散步时，能看到野生的孟加冈国家公园，真是太棒了。感谢（助理？）经理主动征求改进建议，并认真倾听。另外，我差点点了一杯饮料，但被告知需要从几格楼下的餐厅送过来，我告诉他没关系，去了趟洗手间，然后回去发现我要点的饮料放在桌上，是免费赠送的——这个小惊喜就像锦上添花。我真的很珍惜临走前收到的这份最后一份礼物 :)

Only remark: pay attention to your pricing for spa and excursions, way out of line ..:)

C’est un endroit incroyable, niché dans le parc national. Tout au bout, dans la mangrove. Il y a des singes et des biches partout. Humains et animaux cohabitent en toute simplicité. On est au bord de la mer, mais la mer sauvage, pas une station balnéaire. Les fonds marins sont merveilleux, avec des quantités de poissons multicolores et de tortues. Les chalets sont très beaux, l’accueil est extraordinaire ! Tandis qu’on nous explique le fonctionnement du resort, une demoiselle aux mains expertes nous masse les épaules. Le restaurant est sur le sable. La piscine est bien chauffée. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Le seul petit nuage dans ce ciel bleu: le dîner, qui mériterait plus de qualité.

The Plataran Menjangan provides an oasis of peace and serenity.
I loved being away in the bush, but in such a luxurious bungallow, and seeing so many amazing animals.
Staying here for 5 nights was such a treat and a great way to recharge myself after a really stressful period.

The hospitality, food, experience (kayaking, snorkeling, morning walk, spa) and ambience are beyond amazing! It 's a perfect place for people/family who love to enjoy outdoor and nature with serene surrounding. My daughter love it as she encounter wildlife (deer, monkey, bird, etc) almost 24 hours). Amazing! Thank you Mb Ariani, Bu Devi, Pak Kadek, Pak Dharma, and all of the staffs. We hope to come back here someday.

I made a reservation for a forest villa but then got a free upgrade to an ocean villa. The villas are good. TV channels with smart TV are also very good. It's just that the compliment given at tea time seems "cheap". Also the taste of the food is very ordinary.

Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan walau cuma 1 malam menginap disini, Pesan kamar type luxury ocean villa tapi saat check-in dapat free upgrade ke mangrove ocean villa (type tertinggi), Disambut langsung oleh resort manager, memiliki lobby yang unik tidak seperti lobby hotel pada umumnya langsung menghadap ke laut dan pulau menjangan. Semua staf sangat friendly, makanan enak semua, ada fasilitas snorkeling, seperti, explore hutan sekitar hotel itu semua free. Bisa melihat rusa langsung yang berkeliaran di depan kamar, bisa melihat sunrise dan sunset sekaligus dari depan kamar. Berharap bisa kembali lagi kesini.

Saya menginap di juli 2019, senang sekali hotel melakukan upgrade pesanan kami dari satu kamar plus ektrsa bed menjadi dua kamar villa disertai kamar mandi yang sangat luas. Makanan cantik dan menyenangkan, view pemandangan cantik, tak banyak binatang yang bisa ditemui. Selain menjangan monyet, ayam hutan, sekorbiran biawa. Recommended buat keluarga dan anak-anak, banyak aktivitas bisa dikerjakan, snorkling, berkeliling di hutan yang saat itu sedang kering, bermain di pantai.

We (4 adults and a 5 year olds) stayed at the two bedroom forrest villa for two nights and it was amazing. 3 out of 15 villas was occupied when we were there so we feel the whole resort belongs to us, we were treated like Royals. Surrounded by nature we feel very relaxed. Husband like to sit at the patio and enjoyed the night breeze (we were lucky, the weather at night is cool and breezy) and listened to the singing of insects. He was very pleased he did not encounter mosquitoes, his worse enemy. Room is clean, bathroom is extremely huge! I personally feel it is too big and a waste of space. The cons, the room is very dark. They really need to put more lighting, it is so dark in the evening I had trouble finding our things in the suitcase. Then the food. Food is not good and could be improved. The resort is out of nowhere guests with no car do not have options than to get a full board meal at the resort. Consider to keep your rental car for the duration of your stay so you can go to the neighbouring resort for dining option. If you want to splurge, Sunset cruise with the Phinisi is recommended (avoid end June-August season if you have seasick! The trip back can be rough). The Phinisi can also take you to Menjangan Island for snorkelling but it is more expensive. Snorkelling at Menjangan Island is awesome! Important, don't forget to ask direction to the resort! It can be quite tricky to get to the resort!

在普拉塔兰孟加冈国家公园的住宿体验非常棒。陪同我的护林员知识渊博，我们互相交流故事非常有趣。一天之内我体验了这么多事情，非常感谢酒店工作人员帮我安排行程（因为有些设施需要提前准备）。食物很棒！景色非常禅意，整个氛围也非常和谐。这的确是一个绝佳的度假胜地。在酒店里散步时，能看到野生的孟加冈国家公园，真是太棒了。感谢（助理？）经理主动征求改进建议，并认真倾听。另外，我差点点了一杯饮料，但被告知需要从几格楼下的餐厅送过来，我告诉他没关系，去了趟洗手间，然后回去发现我要点的饮料放在桌上，是免费赠送的——这个小惊喜就像锦上添花。我真的很珍惜临走前收到的这份最后一份礼物 :)

We (4 adults and a 5 year olds) stayed at the two bedroom forrest villa for two nights and it was amazing. 3 out of 15 villas was occupied when we were there so we feel the whole resort belongs to us, we were treated like Royals. Surrounded by nature we feel very relaxed. Husband like to sit at the patio and enjoyed the night breeze (we were lucky, the weather at night is cool and breezy) and listened to the singing of insects. He was very pleased he did not encounter mosquitoes, his worse enemy. Room is clean, bathroom is extremely huge! I personally feel it is too big and a waste of space. The cons, the room is very dark. They really need to put more lighting, it is so dark in the evening I had trouble finding our things in the suitcase. Then the food. Food is not good and could be improved. The resort is out of nowhere guests with no car do not have options than to get a full board meal at the resort. Consider to keep your rental car for the duration of your stay so you can go to the neighbouring resort for dining option. If you want to splurge, Sunset cruise with the Phinisi is recommended (avoid end June-August season if you have seasick! The trip back can be rough). The Phinisi can also take you to Menjangan Island for snorkelling but it is more expensive. Snorkelling at Menjangan Island is awesome! Important, don't forget to ask direction to the resort! It can be quite tricky to get to the resort!
