It was a peaceful and serene expeirence with a private environment within our villa. Pengalaman yang menyenangkan menginap di sini, kamarnya besar, bersih, pegawainya ramah banget, makanannya healthy dan enak. Pemandangannya asik, dapat free kelas yoga untuk pemula. Spa nya benar benar membuat badan yang letih jadi segar kembali. Dan yang membuat kami bahagia banget. Kamar kami dihias dengan indah dan get a chocolate cake untuk perayaan anniversary kami. Perfect and awasome.

Mantap. Hotelnya tenang, adem, cuma nemu * tikus, jadi bikin bau kamar. Tapi selebihnya bagus. Perhatikan kebersihan detail kamar dan di semprot pengharum ruangan.

Kamar tidak sesuai sama yang di gambar bookingnya. Request lantai atas, malah dikasi lantai paling bawah, dan tidak ada view sama sekali, padahal type kamarnya yang suite. Kamarnya lembab banget kayak basah, jadi tidak bisa tidur, peneranganya gelap juga. Sekat dengan kamar sebelah hanya dibatasi bambu, dan staff nya sangat berisik. Staff-staff nya juga tidak ramah sekali, yang ramah cuma satpam. Waktu breakfast minta air putih, malah disuruh minta ke lobby hahaha lucu dan akhirnya kami check out jam 10 pagi karena sudah tidak betah banget. Kecewa dan tidak akan pernah menginap lagi di sini. Padahal saya hampir setiap seminggu sekali staycation.

I really love the place, the atmosphere was great, quiet and calm, very suitable for honeymoon and relaxing. The private pool was also nice, we can swim every time we want. Nice villa with village and rustic ambiance. My only concern was the water pressure on shower was low and the hot water need times to run. Some minor problems with ac and electricity, but solve in quick response by the staff.

MasyaAllah. Benar-bener perpaduan yang indah antara fasilitas villa dan pemandangan alam yang tersaji di depan mata. Rasanya benar-benar dimanjakan mulai datang sampai pergi meninggalkan resort. Next harus ulangi lagi menginap di sini. Beberapa kali datang dan stay di Ubud, ini yang paling spekta.

Wow, amazing. Puas banget stay di sini. Dimulai dari fast respon management resort saat sebelum tanggal kita menginap, saat kita datang hingga pengantaran dan penjelasan saat kita sudah di villa. Kita benar-benar diperlakukan dengan baik. Next pasti balik lagi ke sini untuk beberapa hari agar lebih puas. Kita juga coba paket spa yang harganya nggak menguras kantong.Thanks a lot pramana.

Tempatnya romantis, cocok banget untuk yang bulan madu. Kamarnya luas, bersih, tempat tidurnya bersih, pokoknya bersih. Sarapan enak. Restaurant juga menerima pesanan makanan, rasanya enak. Kalo malas keluar pesan di restaurant aja harga standard nggak mahal. View nya oke banget saat sarapan. Bakal kembali lagi.

While I enjoyed the view and the hotel, but the hotel is full of extra charges. Even for orange juice? I would expect more services considering I paid the most expensive room.
