地理位置优越，离alun2区很近。对于一家一星级酒店来说，房间相当方便。我喜欢这里的床。空调效果很好。但是浴室的清洁度需要改进。总的来说，我很满意。

抱歉🙏 床不舒服😣，马桶坏了😣 空调不够冷，而且图片上的床和实际房间不符😌 服务还行，也很友好，但设施有待改进。

Staff-nya ramah dan baik. Hanya saja, ruangan kamarnya kurang nyaman. Tempat tidur rasanya gatal kalau kita tidur, tembok-tembok banyak yang sudah berjamur, semprotan toilet sangat kecil dan pintu kamar mandi kotor, semoga ke depannya ada perbaikan. Saya dan keluarga senang menginap di RedDoorz near Alun-Alun Cilacap. Terima kasih
