由于在BSD参加活动，我在这里住了一晚。工作人员很不友好，也许没有标准操作程序（SOP）来要求他们热情好客。第二天早上停水了。我问了接待员，但他们只给出了有限的解释，没有道歉。价格或许物有所值，但这是一种体验，客人付费后仍然应该享受任何住宿的标准服务：友好的员工。这次住宿就足够了。优点是位置优越，靠近BSD市中心。

地方很棒，工作人员很友好，酒店旁边有很多美食场所。但是昨天去的时候没有枕头，最后只能自己下楼去拿。安静舒适的休息氛围。不用肥皂，只要温水。

Lipstick stains on the wall. The bidet in the toilet isn't fixed properly. I found hairs and eyelash extensions on their bed linen, they said; Those hairs and eyelashes got stuck on the linen, even though it's been laundered; Maybe they need to find another laundry service.

Untuk segi kamar termasuk besar ya, minusnya cuma Wi-Fi aja ga ada internetnya, untuk kebersihan ya standart sesuai harga, kasur oke, AC dingin, water heater ada, dan kerennya dapat kamar yang jendela luarnya langsung menghadap ke jalanan, surprisingly oke sih, akses jalan kaki ke food court-nya deket banget sama penginapan, overall bagus

Hotel lowbujet dengan akses yang mudah di jangkau dari tempat makan sampai pusat bsd, kalo naik motor atau mobil kesini akandi berhentikan dan di minta uang parkir di depan komplek untuk motor 10rb tapi oke lah sama keamanan kendaraannya, ada pintu kecil arah ke taman jajan juga tapi akses nya hanya sampai jam 8 malam lebih dari itu harus muter masuknya lewat gerbang depan, untuk fasilitas oke untuk harga lowbujet buat tempat istirahat juga ok gak berisik dari luar hotel, kecuali tamu lain ada yang berisi karena tidak kedap suara kamarnya. Saya senang menginap di sini karena aksennya.

Staff hotel sih ramah dan baik 2 aja tp kamar mandi dan kamar kurang bersih kurang terawat. Kamar dan area hotel bau rokok tajem. Lobby ac nya panas. Minim facility.
