接待员很友好，房间宽敞、干净，但需要改进的是旧的、破损的毛巾，仍在使用，该换了，房间里和浴室里没有提供纸巾......对于 50 万的价格来说，应该是完整的

质量正常，服务也正常。很正常。清洁度，很多床单都有污渍，那个人说这就是标准。好吧，最后我换了房间，幸运的是我得到了一间有干净床单的房间。我不知道退房时是否会被更换。

Sumpah, enggak bohong aku ke Solo 2 minggu sekali selalu di sini sampai staf hotelnya hafal, enggak bisa pindah ke lain hati karena bagus banget sesuai banget sama harganya.
