Sebenarnya mah kamar nya enak bersih, lokasinya juga strategis, dkt sama mana2, tapi banyak banget kekurangan nya. sabun mandi sama shampo kosong, tidak disediain sikat gigi dan odol, air panas juga tidak ada, tv lagi gangguan kata tetehnya mah. Air putih juga di kasihnya hiji wae.

Kamar mandi kotor dan toiletries tidak tersedia dengan baik. staf tidak beretika. Saya check-in jam 8 malam datang ke lobby bersama calon suami saya, Kami sudah menjelaskan bahwa hanya calon suami saya yang akan stay di hotel tersebut dan kami sudah memahami rules yang disodorkan ketika kami datang berdua ke lobby. (Tidak boleh unmarried couple stay at the hostel) sesudah check-in saya membantu calon suami saya memasukan barang ke kamar dengan keadaan pintu kamar terbuka dan saya izin ke lobby terlebih dahulu untuk mengantar calon suami saya ke kamar which is hanya sekitar 3 mins. Tetapi staf di lobby kemudian memanggil staf lain dan sesampainya di lobby saya disodorkan kembali rules hostel yang sama seolah mengusir saya. Kondisi sedang hujan deras, kami pun sudah kelelahan karena seharian beraktifitas tapi staf sangat tidak sopan. Lalu kami meminta sabun dan shampoo, mereka memberikan sabun refill san shampoo sachets. Please if you not ready to run the business then don' the service yang sangat buruk. very not recommended.

Pegawainya kurang, air minum di dalam kamar tidak ada. sikat gigi tidak ada, sprai tidak di ganti, kebersihan tidak ada. AC kotor. TV tidak ada sinyal. WiFi lemot. tidak ada petugas ob.

the Hostel is really nice, they have a clean and tidy room. the staff is super friendly, will help you with any kind of things. Great ambience and a nice weather. the price is also affordable. and its look like they build another space for dormitory, ah can't wait. for sure I will coming back. recommended.
