Ruangan nya bersih, walaupun ada beberapa kekurangan di bagian lemari rusak, gorden yang sobek (bahkan tidak ada gorden di pintu yang mengarah ke balkon), dan wifi yang lemot. Namun ruangan nya bersih, seprei bersih, a/c di setiap ruangan, serta welcome snack yang cukup beragam. Kebetulan air minum yang disediakan di unit kami kemarin berupa galon lengkap dengan dispensernya, sehingga mudah untuk buat teh maupun mie instant. Tvnya android sehingga selain ada tv box untuk saluran lokal kita bisa nonton film lain juga. Sukses terus ya sun apartemen, ditingkatkan lagi kebersihan nya, dan akan lebih baik jika gorden ke balkon juga di lengkapi serta di kamar mandi diberi pembatas air antara tempat mandi dam kloset. Untuk yang akan menginap di sini, cukup recommended, namun perlu berhati hati parkirnya sangat sempit tidak dianjurkan untuk parkir mobil sedan panjang, maupun kendaraan besar dengan radius putar yang kecil.

Menyenangkan, untuk ke depan mohon handuk dan sore tempat tidur diganti. Termasuk kebersihan apabila tidak ada yang bersihkan disiapkan sapu, alat pel dan serok sampahnya. Masukan kompor dan alat dapur agar disiapkan karena konsepnya apartemen.

I was enjoying stay at Sun apartment. The room was clean, there was refrigerator as plus point. The location was beside the shopping center and food court so don't need to worry even you're as a Room Only guest. We had direct access to the pool and it was amazing. I had to pay guarantee service as a deposit but they sent back right after I check out. The parking lot was little bit small for a mid size car but that was not a big deal. I give 4.5/5 stars. I promise will get back soon in every my visit in Semarang.

Straregic location, surrounded by restaurants, mall. The swimming pool located on 30th floor that children could spent time in from 7am to 5 pm. Sadly, the building not so well maintained. In the morning of the day when we had to checked out, me and my son trapped in elevator for about 15 minutes. No phone signal. We shout and cry for help. Another guest of the apartment who listened our loud voices from outside elevator immediately helped us to find somebody who has authority in the apartment to solve the emergency. Finally we were out from it. The next unfortunate thing was at the hour we need to checked out and gave back the key of our room, the apartment management had no idea what was just happened to us that morning. I guessed they didn't consider the case as a big deal. How it could improve if they don't know things that happens in their building!

Jujur kecewa banget banget sih, untuk unitnya jorok. Sofanya kotor banget, sarung bantal juga kotor, di balkon ada bekas orang potong rambut yang ngga dibersihin, handuk cuma ada 1. Lorong apartemen juga kotor banyak putung rokok, didepan lift ada bekas-bekas botol minum yang dibuang sembarangan. Saya bingung apakah di apartemen ini tidak ada OB/Cleaning Service? Saya rasa dengan harga 660rb sangat tidak worth it. Nyesel banget, tau gitu nginep di tempat lain aja yang harganya cuma 700rb dapet breakfast.
