Wow sih kamarnya 10A01, pelayanannya juga sangat ramah, walau tidak ada resepcionis tapi udah berasa recepcionis selalu ada buat kita WA sangat sangat responsif, semua petugasnya termasuk keamanan dan bellboy nya juga keren. Dan lagi banyak makanan enak disekitarnya, pagi-pagi pun ada jajanan pasar, makanan arab. Next kalo ke Jogja bakal balik. Buat yang lain jangan ragu nginap di sini. Harga sangat sepadan dengan kualitas.

I love the room, it's quite spacious and comfy, clean and I got the corner room which is I love the most. The staff was really helpfull during our stay there and they fast respond to all we need. Thank you to let us stay 🙏🏼

Cukup memuaskan hanya saja kamar sempat ada mati lampu sekitar 10 menitan, gordennya banyak yang rusak, sikat gigi juga tidak disiapkan. Saya baru nemu pas mau pulang di dalam plastik di lemari atas cooker hood.

Untuk kamarnya die oke yang jadi masalah hanya lah prihal komitmennya saja tidak bisa menjaga kesepakatan yang sudah di sepakati dan kalau mau mengusir tamu ya elegan dan sopan jangan dengan menggunakan modus mematikan lampu kalo mau kenakan biaya tambahan ya dibilang saja tak perlu dengan cara-cara yabg kurang baik trims.

Unit apartemen tapi beda management, jadi tidak ada staf hotel yang stay di apartemen. kamar luas dan bersih, staf ramah, Hanya saja daya listrik kurang besar dan tidak maksimal. Dan biaya parkir kalau booking lewat the cabin tidak gratis ya, kendaraan saya terhitung parkir 1 hari 12 jam kena biaya parkir 120 ribu. Selain itu semuanya oke.

Lokasi hotel tidak menjadi masalah karena kami ada kendaraan, semua oke, kamar bagus, rapi bersih, di bawah ada starbucks, sayangnya TV tidak bisa nyala, WiFi pun tidak nyala. sebaiknya lebih diperhatikan, hari gini kan sudah mejadi kebutuhan penghuni dikala melepas lelah pas sampai di apartemen.
