Towels smell bad, Urine smell in the bathroom, mold in bathroom, staying water, often no hot water. Ants everywhere, including bed, super annoying. I got bitten twice by ants. The sheets are dirty, meaning they were laundered but have lots of stains. Breakfast is so so. Pancake is a joke, not cooked on one side and tastes like uncooked dough. Flies everywhere, including fruit in the kitchen. I wouldn't stay there again.

Lokasi dekat monkey forest sekedar saran untuk tanda arah ke lokasi di pindah sebelah kanan biar bisa kebaca bagi yang akan menginap di sana. Kamar ok.

Staf sangat ramah. Pemandangan di hotel luar biasa, suasana sangat tenang. Tidak terlalu jauh dari jalan utama jika ingin mencari makan, Namun jika malam jalan ke arah hotel sedikit gelap dan sepi. Fasilitas baik dan nyaman. Kamar dan kamar mandi bersih. Air panas untuk mandi berfungsi dengan sangat baik. Tidak ada ketel air panas untuk minum di setiap kamar, Tapi bisa diminta ke staf hotel yang dengan sigap memberikan. Tidak ada masalah lain, semuanya bagus. Service luar biasa. Sangat puas dengan fasilitas dan pelayanan The Carik Bisma Ubud.
