我在这里住过两次。房间很干净，但第一天热水只来了很短的时间。我向客房服务部反映了这个问题，他们最终解决了，之后热水就恢复正常了。服务响应迅速，当时游泳池正在维修。酒店里还有个小吃摊，所以早上吃上一碗方便面，再来一杯加奶咖啡，真的能让人心情愉悦。谢谢。

别墅位于路边，有指示牌。工作人员很友好，入住手续办理得很快。房间在楼上，没有服务员，入住后需要费力地把行李箱搬到房间。房间与照片不符，但对于短暂的休息来说相当舒适。别墅内有热水器、无线网络、电视、游泳池和迷你餐厅。不过，房间里的空气有点潮湿。这是一栋老别墅，维护得很好，也很干净。

第一次入住，提前入住加收10万印尼盾，酒店不灵活，我要求如果有人退房就换到另一个房间，但他们没有给，尽管这是这个级别的酒店。我害怕住顶楼，因为我一个人在那里等我的孩子，他整天都在办公室活动，下午晚些时候我的孩子来了，不小心关上了门，所以钥匙卡落在里面了，向接待员或老板寻求帮助我听不懂，语气很生硬，说必须立即归还，更不用说被带到房间帮忙打开了，晚上房间的门响起敲门声，想像公共秩序官员一样拿钥匙，尽管早上守卫房间的人非常友好，从进入院子开始我就感到恶心，半夜我的身体感到不舒服，呼吸急促，恶心，我不知道那里发生了什么，再次健康地离开酒店。就清洁度而言，这很好，但对客人来说不够灵活。
