Dirty and smelly toilet. Staff that was supposed to man the hotel at night was not around when we needed guidance as to where to park the car. Rooms that are facing the main road have bad sound proofing. Hence able to hear every vehicle passing by. Overall unpleasant experience.

Resepsionis ga membantu sama sekali, judes, ga ada senyum-senyumnya, malah yang tugas di resto yang cowok yang bantu. Tidur kebisingan karena siang ada tukang lagi renovasi, sepi. Kamar mandi kotor, kamar lembab.

Hotelnya seperti kurang terawat, dudukan shower terlepas, AC kurang dingin. Masuknya ternyata lewat Vayana resto. Katanya breakfast halal (iya sih, halal, fruit + pancake), tapi di Vayana ada menu iga babi bakar🫣.

Staffnya ramah banget. Kamarnya bagus, AC nya dingin. Rekomen banget. Kalau ke Ubud lagi bakal nginep di sini lagi. Lokasi lumayan strategis ga begitu jauh dari pasar seni ubud.
