This hotel is perfect. Breakfast is great, you can walk anywhere, I slept wonderfully, and the staff is amazing. Stay here, don’t look anywhere else.

The staff is very attentive and customer focused. Whatever questions or concerns we had were promptly answered. They couldn’t have been nicer. I would definitely rebook this hotel when retuning to Palermo.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città a piedi
Forse per chi ha sonno leggero meglio le camere interne.
Cosa molto carina da segnalare è che la notte del 31 dicembre abbiamo trovato in camera una bottiglia di spumante e 2 calici, bravi 👏

This is a lovely quiet hotel in the heart of Palermo. Staff service was impressive. Underwhelmed by the breakfast, which looked wonderful but wasn’t anything special, but that is a minor ding.

Das Alma Hotel war fantastisch! Die MitarbeiterInnen sind ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben selten so nettes und engagiertes Personal gesehen! Am letzten Tag haben wir sogar ein kleines Frühstück zum Mitnehmen bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es gibt täglich kostenlose Wasserflaschen. Die Lage ist optimal, die Altstadt und diverse Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Das Alma Hotel können wir voll und ganz empfehlen – jedes Detail zeugt von echter Liebe und Sorgfalt.
