The front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM - noon. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. The property is closed between February 1 and February 13.
