Demetra Hotel

半年前預訂時已經要求要兩張單人床房，入住時給的房間一張雙人床，空間超小，大行李箱無攤開取衣物，床邊要側身通行。 向櫃檯反應，推說沒有其他房間可以換...沒有幫客戶解決問題的熱誠，這是我多次住宿羅馬最糟糕的飯店，網路上的照片跟實際落差很大。 房間也沒有咖啡茶包提供。

與網站照片有落差，房間、淋浴間都非常小，浴室也不像照片般新，淋浴門設計不良，洗完澡後水流得到處都是，早餐選擇也少，咖啡還要主動請服務人員提供，唯一好處是地點方便，飯店樓下就有餐廳，而且還不錯吃！

Reception is friendly. Room is clean & big. The mini bar is free at first night. And there is a massage bathtub inside the room. Very good experience during our stay.

房間乾淨整潔，有附設陽台，設施狀況佳，櫃台人員服務很好，離火車站有一段車程但飯店提供免費接送服務，很貼心!

Order 4 star hotel give you another 1 star hotel . 當天抵達時櫃檯竟告知，飯店整修無空房，要求我們入住其提供的其他”同等級”旅館，當場前一對旅客也被帶出現場。只好拖著沉重的行李跟著服務人員走了一公里。結果安排了一星等級品質的舊旅店，和原預定等級天壤地別，浴室淋浴間更是小到僅0.6ⅹ0.6m空間，只能站立無法彎腰，手一抬起洗頭即碰撞門和牆。要求更換正常浴室房間，櫃台回答全店房間都如此，早餐品質更是不需再述。不得其解的是整修工程難道是突發事件?為何不能早幾天或更早通知? 回國mail至hotel.com要求說明給公道，卻得到回覆:他們也是前一晚上才獲得該旅館通知，請自行撥打電話和售後服務部門聯絡。難道貴平台各部門只管銷售，各部門獨立管轄，無法為顧客傳遞?

I really loved my stay! The room was great, super clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was delicious!!

We enjoyed our stay. With three beds in the room, there isn’t a whole lot of space around the luggage. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was spacious and clean — water pressure was amazing in the shower. Great restaurants across the street. An American breakfast joint is right next door. We walked to all of the tourist sites from the hotel. We were a little confused during our first entry into the building. The sign read that customer service was on the first floor. We had to go up a full flight of stairs to get to the first floor. Nothing major. Just something for other folks to know when they are looking to check in.

Americans, this is a Holiday Inn level hotel with excellent staff, adequate if unimaginative breakfast, clean as a whistle, but most definitely not 4 star. A decent 3 star. Bathroom with shower in an impossibly high bathtub (60yo and above forget it) and lousy bath amenities. Good location saves it a bit

Room has just what is desired for a convenient stay. Location excellent with train station, and many restaurants, in short walking distance. Staff very friendly, and allowed us to store luggage until next day.

The room we got was very small. Walls had some scuffs. Water pressure in the bathroom sink is strong so it splashes if you turn it up. Breakfast is bare with minimal quality and options. Only 1 elevator and very slow. Building has 3 hotels on each floor.

Front desk staff on check in was good, lots of training going on, but the staff at breakfast was not nice and couple not really understand English. Was more concerned if I paid for breakfast, had to go to front desk, and she did not get it, and just gave up. The hotel had a lot of stairs to carry up and down luggage and not designed for travelling tourists.

The property is not the best but nice.

Hotel is conveniant walking distance to the Train station Roma Termini. 30 mins train ride from Airport. Hotel is within a building, 1st floor with a lift. Very welcomed by staff, allowed us to drop our bag off as our room was not ready. We stayed in room 103, ground floor street room. Lovely shower, lovely jetted bath after exploring the Roman city (when it worked) We had a good night sleep the first night with minimal noise from the side street. 2nd and 3rd night me and my wife was woken up to the sound of a hoover/pump noise behind the walls of the room. Every 30second it would come on then go off. You would only notice this at night when all quiet but enough to be disturbing. We also encountered the jetted bath pump randomly came on and stayed on for about 1 minute before shutting off and did not work from then onwards. We reported this which did get fixed but on the 3rd night the same issue happened but this time woke us up with a fright. If your a light sleeper do not stay in room 103. Breakfast service wasn’t the best on first day. Being busy, there was maybe 2 or 3 tables available but had old cups and plates from guests which had not been cleaned up. We got seated eating our breakfast with the old cups/plates still on the table. Beware, the bottles of water are not free in the mini fridge. Convenient but would not recommend for light sleepers.

Our room was clean and neat Just the glass panel on shower needs to be bigger(wider) to control water splashing out of tub Nice, modern design , with leather wallpaper and side bed and head panels White sheets , pillows I wish we had a coffe/tea maker , not sure if other rooms do have them, we stay at a triple room 5 mnts walking distance from Rome termini was a plus lots of restaurants in same street Breakfast was really good I wish we stayed there since we arrived to Rome Since we stayed only the night prior our flight returning to US

Valitsimme uudehkon hotellin melko läheltä asemaa. Olimme tyytyväisiä siistiin ja tilavaan deluxe-huoneeseen, etenkin kylpyhuone yhden hengen poreammeella oli mieleinen. Huone sijaitsi kuitenkin sokkeloisen käytävän ja usean portaikon päässä: sinne piti ensin mennä sisälle toisen kerroksen vastaanotosta ja hotellin sisällä useat portaat alas ja ylös. Ei mitenkään esteetön tai miellyttävä isojen matkatavaroiden kanssa. Aamiainen oli perushyvä eteläeurooppalainen, runsaasti valikoimaa makeissa croissanteissa ym mutta suomalainen jää kaipaamaan kasviksia leivälle tms. Aamiaishuone oli ahdas. Palvelu oli ystävällistä sekä aamiaisella että vastaanotossa. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.

No me ha gustado nada, un sitio que no es nada cómodo, y encima nuestra habitación estaba al lado del comedor donde hacen los desayunos y era muy ruidoso desde primera hora de la mañana. No volveré..
