Hotel Divine Rome

The listing cannot list airport shuttle under facility services when you have pay for it in addition to my reservation fee. This becomes an unexpected costs out of my budget and more of a hassle when I am booking for a large group.

Clean room, nice bathroom, and good location. The hotel was hard to find since it was inside a building with another name on the outside.

Das Zimmer war relativ spartanisch und einfach eingerichtet, jedoch zum Schlafen ausreichend. Bad und Zimmer waren jeden Tag absolut sauber. Leider hatten wir das Problem, dass das Wasser in der Dusche immer zu heiß war (keine Regelung möglich). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - kleine Probleme (Heizung im Zimmer einschalten) wurden sofort gelöst. Auch unser Gepäck konnten wir nach dem CheckOut noch im Hotel lassen und erst nachmittags abholen. Vom Frühstück waren wir eher enttäuscht, es gab nur einen Coupon für ein Bistro in der Nähe, wo wir uns ein süßes Gebäckstück und einen Kaffee aussuchen konnten. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen, jedoch für einen Sightseeing-Trip sehr gut geeignet, da es direkt am Bahnhof Termini liegt.

Quartier un peu bruyant et chambre juste pour 4 adultes. Chambres propres et personnels à l écoute. Prix bon marché

Belirtilen adreste ilgili hiç kimse yoktu. Üst kattaki hostel aracılığı ile ilgili kişiye ulaştık. Gelip bizi alarak yakındaki başka bir hostele götürdü ve oraya yerleştirdi. İlk gün oda soğuktu. Resepsiyon ile ilgili durum açıkça belirtilmelidir.

Mejor no comentar, me cambie al dia siguiente a otro hotel casi enfrete por unos dolares mas, peto mucho mejor que este.

Weird place. It is NOT at the address listed. Well, the rooms are at that address, but you have to go around the corner and down the block to check in. There is no signs or anything to let you know this. The hotel actually consist of only one floor in a 5 story building where each floor is a different hotel. No sign anywhere for HOTEL DEVINE. I had to wander around the building saying "Hello", hello" is anyone here? Finally after 30 minutes, I found a housekeeper. who explained that I had to go around the block to register. Rooms had NO Phones. The Rooms Were very clean and well decorated and the staff (2 guys) were very nice.

La ubicacion es propicia para movilizarse en metro, el rotulo de ingreso externo solo indica Hotel Giamaica, porque hay varios hoteles en el edificio, la Calle Magentha en la cercania presentaba mucha basura, lo cual no es problema propio del hotel, pero lo deben coordinar con el ayuntamiento o similar para mejorar el aspecto del area, pero la atencion y limpieza fueron muy buenos

Rooms are close to station. Place is hard to find. Only indication is a 50mm x 25mm typed sticker on doorbell button. Other places in building have large plaques. You will get no response. Desperate, you'll try one of the other places in the building. Hotel Gorgi seems to be the one. They will ring for someone to let you in. Once in, you'll be marched out of the building & round the corner to another building where check in happens. Perhaps try here first - 'Beautiful Place in Rome' Via Vincenza 20. We got an email about this, but too late to be useful. Gorgi don't want to know you, except that's where you have to get your safe key. Breakfast is basic pastry & coffee but at a tiny cafe 2 blocks away. Room was dark & basic but OK except for extra bed crammed into what should only be a double.

This hotel does not exist ! We arrived late in the day and when we eventually found the address we were directed to another hotel on the first floor of the address quoted by Expedia. There they called someone who took us to another address to check in and then returned us to the original building where there was a room for us on the third floor. There was no hotel sign, no reception facility and no dining facility even though the deal sold was bed and breakfast. We were given a voucher to a KFC type joint in yet another street to obtain breakfast. We left fairly early and needless to say our breakfast provider was closed. The room was dirty, the shower disgusting, covered in dirt and mound. Had I been able I would have walked away but was concerned I would not find anything else at this late stage. I am amazed that there is no responsibility on Expedia to at least check the veracity of hotels they advertise. Hotel Divine do have a website which is wholly misleading. DO NOT contemplate using this "hotel" under any circumstance.

Consider booking a room in Hotel Divine Rome only if you're fine with no frills and manage to get a reasonable rate. You won't find there a modern design, soft bed, nor large TV. In my room, the refrigerator did not work. The lack of air conditioning and heating may be problematic during summer and winter. As of Sep 2016, you won't find a single signboard of the hotel, neither at its location (Via Magenta, 13, 3rd floor) nor at the reception desk, located at Via Vicenza 20 (1st floor) and labeled "Lam Guest House" on the intercom. Wi-fi is available in rooms. Breakfast in a nearby bar (croissant + coffee) is included in the price. Remember that to the hotel rate you have to add EUR3.50 of the city tax.
