不是住在酒店的主樓，要住200米外的附屬樓，感覺住民宿。房間大致合格

地點離車站很近只要走兩分鐘，對於大行李來說再好不過，員工態度親切，只是借不到熱水瓶很可惜，但願意提供熱水也好。

The breakfast is repetitive; one must make a reservation for it given the extremely limited space and the hotel's capacity. There is only one machine for lattes, espressos, etc., which results in lines to get a drink. The rooms lack soundproofing, and you can hear every conversation and shout from inconsiderate tenants; my room had a broken shower hose.

Great location good stay for one night before heading back to airport.

Friendly staff, clean and big room. Convenient location next to Roma Termini. Highly recommended

Close to Termini Train station.. less than a 5 minute walk. Grocery store close by. Ots ot restaurants. Very touristy area. Unsafe at night. Lots of homelessness. Taxi stand close by. Ask for a room in the main hotel... there are rooms off the main hotel area not as nice and further to walk which may be a lot with your luggage.

Localisation idéale, le personnel est très accueillant

The property was beautiful, the room was clean, and being so close to the train and bus station made travel to and from the airort and around town very easy. The staff was incredible. They were so friendly. Julio made sure to make our stay top notch. We will be back to Rome and will being staying at the hotel again.

Ficamos em um quartoque fica em um prédio separado do predio principal do hotel. Ja sabiamos que seria assim mas confesso que essa parte é meio chata. O predio é na rua de tras do predio principal, super perto. Da um gostinho do que seria morar ali porque acessamos um predio que parece residencial. Pegamos o elevador super antigo, da um pouco de medo e chegamos a porta de um apartamento que deve ser imenso porque ali eles fizeram varios quartos. Acho que uns 5. Entao vc divide um hall com outros hospedes. O quarto num geral é otimo bem bonito e aconchegante mas tivemos um problema com o ralo do chuveiro que estava entupido. Mas nem chegamos a reclamar sobre. Outro ponto foi que ficamos presas no hall na hora de ir embora. Tinhamos que deixar as chaves dentro do quarto para o check out porem ao tentar sair a porta do hall dstava trancada. Chamamos um funcionário que veio super rapido mas gerou um desconforto. Num geral a estadia foi boa oa funcionários simpáticos.

STOP** READ BEFORE BOOKING** The rooms in this listing are not the rooms at this hotel. We arrived and had to find a new hotel last minute which was a major inconvenience because they misrepresented the conditions of their rooms. The rooms look nothing like these pictures. There are multiple stairs you must go up to get to the front desk, then more stairs to the first landing, then more steps in the room so if you are traveling with someone with a disability this is not accessible. The room they gave us was old, had not been cleaned properly, smelled of sewage, and it had mold growing in the bathroom. They then assigned an “upgraded room” which was similar, an old out dated room that was not clean. There was white fluid which I can only assume was bio fluid all over the bed. We promptly returned the keys and advised them we would not be staying. They refused to refund us and also kept the Vat Tax we paid at check in even though we did not stay. Save your vacation and don’t make the mistake we did by booking this based on the info provided here.

Great stay!! Giulio at breakfast was vey helpful and made our stay extra special. Location is fantastic, very quiet, and the breakfast buffet was excellent- eggs, bacon, yogurt, breads, cheeses, pastries and delicious coffees. I would absolutely stay here again when in Rome. Beds are comfortable, pillows a little worn out, but everything clean and comfortable for a few days stay. Theres also a great neighborhood bistro about a 10 minute walk - L’Officina di Pí Bistrot - that is definitely worth a visit. The steak and cacio di Pepe was some of the best I had on this trip.

Smelly toilet & room. Bed of brick. Loud rude guests, smoking in the halls wee hours of the night. Unconcerned desk clerk. Would not stay again.

A equipe é muito simpática e atenciosa. o quarto estava muito limpo com lençois e toalhas limpos. quarto um pouco escuro na iluminação mas na medida certa para descanso

Otroligt trevlig personal, rummet var rent och fint. Frukosten var toppen. Vill du bo nära Termini så är detta perfekta hotellet.

Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly!! They also had the room decorated very nicely for a birthday suprise.
