Grande albergo che non risente del passare degli anni. Ottimo ristorante diretto con grande professionalita’ dal signor Giuseppe. Bravissimi i receptionist Daniela e Massimo. Tutto ok. Torneremo!

Hotel grande com excelente atendimento na recepção e no café da manhã, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Café da manhã bom. Pra quem está de carro é uma boa opção, pois o hotel tem estacionamento no subsolo, está fora das ZTLs e fica a poucos minutos de caminha até o centro histórico. Porém as instalações do hotel são antigas, se escuta tudo dos quartos ao lado, sabíamos até o programa de tv que passava no quarto vizinho. Quanto a limpeza, recemos toalhas com manchas que pareciam estar sujas e não repuseram o Xampoo/sabonete que tinha acabado.

Sono capitata in una delle stanze non rinnovate. Il riscaldamento non funzionava e per quanto io sia andata a dirlo alla reception, il problema non si è risolto e ho passato la notte al freddo.
