Very nice hotel with relatively cheaper room rate. The room size was fare enough, bed was comfortable. Location was ok with 10-15 walk from metro station. Staff were friendly and easy to communicate. May visit again next time.

The check in staff was excellent helpful and I remember he was the one checking me in for my last visit in March. I forgot to ask for his name but he impressed me and my husband. And the front desk manager Ms Sasaki did a great job for assisting me keeping the birthday surprise for my husband. One thing can be improved is the lightening of the room. Too dim that cannot turn it brighter. But I would definitely come back for my next visit to Tokyo.

位處JR山手線秋葉原與御徒町之間，走15分鐘左右便可到阿美橫町，過去秋葉原也只需10分鐘左右，附近有很多便利店。房間雖小但十分整潔，酒店職員都十分有善，連執拾房間的員工都很有禮貌。唯一不太好的由於附近多是商業大廈所以晚上比較僻靜，女孩子們需留意一下。但整體說酒店的CP值很高，有機會到東京也會再選擇這酒店。

從最近的仲御徒町地鐵站出來，沿大路直行約4分鐘就到，不遠也不算近。好處是附近有三個地鐵站，分別是三條線，也只是5分鐘路程而已，很方便計劃行程訂了普通的雙人房，早上大概9點去到酒店寄放行李，還即時幫我們辦了check in 手續，也不用付任何按金。當晚回酒店才知道職員已把行李搬到房間，十分貼心房間在東京來說算大了，起碼打開24寸行李箱之後走廊沒被堵住。可能因為是2018年新開的酒店，整體很乾淨。房裡有足夠的usb和三腳插座，可以兩個人同時給電話+尿袋充電。美中不足的是雪櫃有點小、沒冰格，而且找不到自助洗衣乾衣服務，貌似只有送洗服務，蠻貴的。

very poor service! the air conditioner was broken, we asked if it’s possible to change a room or fix the machine, but insisted on giving us an extra blanket and not to fix the problem ! very poor quality not worth the name of best western!
