施設全体が清潔で快適に過ごせました。 ベッドも寝やすかったです。 屋上に露天風呂やサウナがあり、とても気持ちよかったです。 飲料水と紙コップもあって親切でした。 ただ、朝風呂に入った時、紙コップがゴミ箱いっぱいになったままだったので、ちょっと気になってしまいました。 （宿泊者もたくさんいて忙しかったのかもしれません。） あと、女湯にも水風呂があったら嬉しかったです。男湯にはあるようで… 女湯には水風呂代わりの全身に水を浴びれるシャワーがあったのですが、気付けませんでした。

Everything was wonderful. The beds are very comfortable. The view is beautiful from our room. We liked the craft beer they sell at the reception office. My only complaint is Min Americans have tattoos. We would like to use the spa service without being embarrassed by the warning, and without prejudice. Clearly tattoos are not associated with criminal behavior in most countries. Thank you so much.

We arrived around 11am and we know the check in time is 3pm. We want to keep our luggage in the hotel first but the Japanese lady was very rude and told us we can’t check in. We told her we want to drop our luggage first but she sounds not very welcome.

Our room on 10F had a great view of the city. It was new, spacious and comfy. The staff checked us in failed. She handed us the keys and done. No explanation of the hotel facilities and that we had to bring towels from the room to the spa. When I asked about breakfast arrangements, she said no breakfast plans for our room. I had to bring out my booking print out to show her our plan. She then checked into her systems for several minutes to confirm she was wrong. And then another several minutes to settle the breakfast vouchers. Breakfast was good though.

Nice city view from the front desk floor. Staff were nice and helpful. There were a plenty of food choice in the breakfast buffet but we had to queue for long to get food. The view from the spa was pretty but the spa was so crowded. We even had to wait for lockers in the changing room and wait for showering before entering the spa. The spa and breakfast locations could not accommodate the large number of hotel guests.
