我們過了晚上11:00後到酒店check in，還有前枱人員很友善服務我們。無論是整潔度，內外環境及服務都令我們很滿意，簡直賓至如歸的感覺。如果有下次再到富良野旅遊，我都會再住此酒店。

Good service, delicious breakfast and hot spring for relaxing. Overall is such a wonderful place to stay. Recommend!!!!! (With shuttle service to ski resort.) 員工友善，服務非常的好，大廳還有提供梅酒給大家享用，極度推薦來滑雪的人可以住這喔!!!!

晚上大廳會擺上免費梅酒跟葡萄酒供應客人（讚）
大廳還有大琴跟吉他供客人隨時技癢演奏！
還有免費的大眾湯⋯很讚！房間也算大。
停車場也算大很方便（適合開車前往的客人）
聽說早餐很棒，但最近他們整修不能享用有點小遺憾！
整體感覺就是讚 很想再去一次！

據我所知，所有香港老闆經營的民宿。民宿內擺設成歐洲民宿一般，十分典雅舒適。房間寛僘而且整潔。 民宿職員是為香港來的男孩子叫Joshua，非常親切，而且還樂意介紹周邊的美食和商店，下次再去也會再入住。

日式榻榻米提供兩張床三張床鋪，舊式冷氣不太冷，還好當天入住氣溫約25度，浴室小。接待的人大多是台灣人，早餐不錯，旁邊有免費露天停車位。

酒店整潔，佈置很用心，所有職員都很熱情，親切友善，感覺很溫馨。酒店位置良好，距離大約20分鐘車程就到富田農場。酒店早餐看得出廚師很用心，造出美味嘅早點。
另外很感激酒店職員全心全力很細心體貼協助，令我們擔心嘅事情能安心地完成。十分感謝各位職員。整體來說我給滿分。

Strongly recommend their delicious breakfast. They have hot spring(men and women separately), sauna, ski/snowboard drying room, smoking room grand piano. Their Japanese western style room allow up to 5 adults. Very comfortable place to stay, especially for kids and family.

飯店超漂亮，內部佈置的很溫馨，一進門就可以看到一台大大的三角琴，讓技癢的人可以彈彈琴，而且飯店的櫃檯人員剛好會中文，詢問問題都非常仔細的幫忙解答，超級貼心。飯店旁有停車場，開車到富良野的景點都很方便，非常適合自駕的旅客。這次入住和式房，房間非常寬敞舒適，早餐非常豐盛好吃，下一次再來富良野還是會選擇入住！

Walkable to ski slope. We stayed in one of the Villas - slightly expensive but worth the money for the privacy, kitchenette and own bathroom. Onsen and sauna a bonus. Staff very friendly and willing to help. The Happy Hour (3 in fact) they offer a great deal and gives you the opportunity to meet other guests.
