Good experience! Staffs are very nice to help move luggage from 3/f to the hotel entrance! Very clean and they turned on air conditioning to wait for our check in, this is heart warming! Local restaurants are nearby, some French and Italian bistro!

The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. A scheduled fire alarm system inspection will take place at this property on November 4, 2025, from 10 AM to 2 PM. During this time, inspectors will patrol the property and enter guestrooms. Guests can expect to hear loud noises from emergency alarms. Guests arriving after 6 PM can use the exterior telephone for check-in assistance. Towels are not included in the room rate for 7-night stays or longer. Towels are available for a surcharge or guests may bring their own.

店員盡力協助解決問題, 又向住客說明乘車方法, 雖然酒店離惠比壽站要15mins路程, 但亦有巴士接駁, 附近亦有便利店, 食店及郵局, 十分方便, 晚上附近街度很光, 感覺安全。房間略小, 但以東京酒店大小來說, 還是可以。酒店唯一唔好係無電梯, 如入住, 盡量要求住低層。

The hotel was in a residential area. The price was good for what you received. Convenient to the bus, convenience store, and a burger bar.
The hotel has no elevator, shower side was about 18 inches tall and a bit awkward to get with the bathroom being so small. There is no breakfast included.
