The staff were super nice and helpful. They offer one pick-up and one drop-off at the Kawaguchi station. The room was beautiful. And the private onsen was wonderful. It’s expensive but definitely worths.

Excellent dinner and breakfast, spacious room and huge toilet and bathroom, well equipped with coffee/ tea machine etc. Staff really friendly. In-room check in and check out. 10 min. walk to JR station or 5 min. walk to tour bus stop. Though no lake view or Mt. Fuji view directly from room. Value for money.

這個是第二天我們住的房間，因為一早就要先拿行李到酒店，所以11點就到達，可以先放下行李再去週邊行行，有一個行大的超級市場，買了一些物品再回酒店，酒店很大，很靚，還有戶外的溫泉 很正
因為這個是密月之旅，酒店送了一支酒給我們。十分感謝
晚飯都十分好食，食完之後我們再泡多一次溫泉 雖然有下雨，都不錯
但有一個小小問題就是睡覺的時間有一點吵，不能夠安靜入睡
