酒店工作人员非常友好且乐于助人，尤其是清洁服务人员。
酒店房间舒适、干净、布置整齐。浴室也很干净。
设施很齐全，有睡衣提供，还有擦鞋机。
酒店的位置也十分优越。靠近葛西站和葛西巴士总站。从酒店到迪士尼乐园/迪士尼海洋乐园以及到机场，您可以直接从航站楼乘坐巴士。没必要再下去。如果您想要一家像 Sevel 或 Aeon 这样的便利店，它也很近，还有麦当劳、肯德基和 Mister Donut 可供选择。酒店周围有很多咖啡馆和日本料理店。
总体来说，这里非常好，强烈推荐给那些想要以实惠的价格和安静的环境入住的人。

The hotel is close to the bus station and Kasai train station. The room is very clean, like new. We didn't buy the breakfast, but wine and beer are available at night and free of charge. 👍 Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is a little bit narrow but comfy. The shower is really strong. Highly recommended hotel.

Clear and comfortable hotel, near the Kasai Station and 30 minutes to Disneyland/Sea by bus. From Narita, you can go to this hotel by bus. Free drink, free alcohol 1x per day, free breakfast. Love it.

I am deeply disappointed with the cancellation policy. Despite notifying them several months in advance that I would be unable to stay during my booked dates, not only did they refuse to provide a refund, but they also charged an additional cancellation fee. This policy seems particularly unreasonable given the substantial advance notice I provided.
While I understand that hotels may have strict cancellation policies, charging extra fees for early cancellation appears excessive and customer-unfriendly.
This experience has significantly impacted my perception of the hotel and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I would strongly encourage management to review their cancellation policies to better accommodate guests who provide ample notice of cancellation.

交通十分方便，就在葛西站旁，走兩至三分鐘便到達。附近巴士站有各式各樣的美食，走出大馬路有大型藥庄店，配套十分充足，尤其建議往迪士尼玩一天的朋友，有巴士直達樂園，車程僅20分鐘左右。
酒店有免費無酒精飲品及一小時任飲含酒精飲品，另外，300日元一個熱狗，作為早餐是不錯的選擇。
房間有放濕機提供，是一個很貼心的安排。唯一美中不足是四人房間超級狹小，只足夠開一個喼，其他人便要安坐床邊，待關喼後才能行走，需要空間感大的朋友，要多多考慮。
總體是滿意的。
