Reception staff helped us to book local dining cause we don’t have Japanese phone . One was not opened and tried another one , come and forth to our room and inform us how was the booking and finally booked one very decisions one . Thanks for the well job done .

I like this hotel and will definitely return. Staff is very helpful and friendly, and can communicate well in English. I am just a bit concerned about the distance I need to walk to my river side room in winter as it’s really chilly outside. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Food is nice but the morning traffic is a bit overwhelming. It’s a close distance to the outlet in case you are trying to drain your pocket there.
