酒店很乾淨整潔，在大堂需要換室內拖鞋及清潔行李輪後方可內進，建議準備整理枱方便清潔行李輪，彎腰去抹有點困難，房間空間很大，很舒適，景觀是超級棒，對著富士山，很滿意的一次住宿

Good value for money. Free parking. My hotel room was on 10/F and had a very clear view of Mt. Fuji. The toilet and bathroom are separated in two rooms, giving quite a large bathing space with tub. But the hot water was not stable so that I experienced acceptable fluctuating water temperature when showering. As many others said, you have to put off your shoes at the lobby, and the staff will give you a key to store your shoes in the locker at lobby and provide disposable slippers to you. Free Japanese breakfast which does not have much choice and only available before 9am.

トイレと風呂が分かれてるのは いいですね。
お部屋も綺麗だし 朝食のスタッフさんも感じが良く とても親切です。朝食も美味しかったけど 欲を言えば カレーが ちょっと しょっぱいかな。贅沢言って ごめんなさい。

部屋はビジネスホテルとしては広く、バスルームもゆったりとしておりお得感がありました。
湯沸かしポットも1階に用意されており、設備面は充実しており、コスパはかなり良いと思います。
ただ、エアコンの室温設定を28℃にして下さいとの表示がありましたが、部屋の広さに比してエアコンの能力が足りないのか、24℃程度まで下げる必要がありました。また、エアコンが効いてくると改善しましたが、入室した際にカーペットがジメジメしていたのが気になりました。
朝食ビュッフェは、内容が結構充実しており、これもお得感がありました。
全体としてコスパが良く、当地に出張する際にはまた使いたいと思います。

The staff were very kind at this location. I did not mind removing our shoes before entering the guest floors since it kept things extermely sanitary. Breakfast was never overcrowed. City Hall is across the street and if it isn't cloudy, you'll get a great view of the mountain. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
