這次有入住和式房型和洋式房型，兩者坪數一樣，和式房型因為有塌塌米的關係，感覺放行李箱的空間比較小。飯店入口隱密，內部陳設富有京都風情，好像以外國人住宿居多，早餐選擇多樣，溫泉空間蠻大的。

酒店整体装修风格是现代与和风的融合，非常不错，提前了半个小时到达，寄存行李之后会直接送到入住的房间，这个很好。入住当天就去前台让他们帮我预约了怀石料理，非常顺利，就餐野非常愉快，感谢前台（山口）的帮助。因为是冬天的原因，开了暖气房间湿度会很低，很不舒服，房间并没有标配带加湿功能的空气净化器，要跟前台说才提供，这个可以改善一下。总体洁净程度还是不错的，美中不足的是洗衣房比较脏，希望能定期打扫一下，看那个样子起码1个月以上没打扫过了。

酒店位置很好，步行2分鐘就到Subway 祇園四條站，周邊很多食肆。員工帶笑有禮，大浴場很好，只是沒有body cream 提供，床略為軟，二人房可半開2個大喼，下次來京都會再考慮入住。

櫃檯客服人員都不錯只有退房的時候，有一個英文非常流利的日本阿伯，他非常的流氣！！請他幫忙查詢一件已經簽收的包裹一直說他們什麼都沒收到最後來了別的服務人員馬上就為我找到包裹⋯⋯ 飯店的位置很好，大浴場也很舒服問題是床⋯床真的太難睡非常的軟，躺上去就陷下去也有一點凹陷無法回覆，歪歪的感覺入住2個晚上都睡得非常不舒服早餐選項不多大致上還可以，每日有更換部分菜色下次不會再選擇這間飯店

服務人員很有禮貌以及耐心協助旅客需求

Actually the hotel is very nice , good location and good ambience , but the hotel WiFi is really weak and basically can’t use it. The worst is when we talked with the reception staff after two nights of our stay , the staff just simply said there’s nothing they can do , the problem is too many guests are using the WiFi connection , and they did not offer any assistance to us and also their way of answering us was blunt , cool and unhelpful . This experience made me give a low rate to this hotel.

位置非常棒，车站景点购物都是步行可到。但是酒店房间极其狭小空间压抑。我一共入住了三晚，酒店没有任何提示说不能在房间里吃东西，第一晚我们在房间吃了自己买的三文鱼，垃圾打包好然后第二天打扫房间并没有收走，晚上回到酒店就看见门上有留条说因为房间有异味，他们觉得再我离开后无法马上销售决定charge我一晚房费！这么可笑至极的决定，令人非常气愤。首先是你们没有把垃圾收走，酒店通风不好导致异味，其次我还要住两晚，凭什么就认为两晚过去以后房间还是有味道，现在就要多收我一晚房间的费用？如果我为此付出费用，那么作为酒店客人的我就应该住有异味的房间？当然最后争论下来我没有另外付费，但是之后两晚垃圾也始终没有收过。我不会再入住这个酒店

We loved this hotel! The service was wonderful, the breakfast was amazing, and even though the rooms are on the small side, they were well appointed and highly functional. Having onsite laundry was incredibly helpful. The location was very convenient for accessing the trains to everything we wanted to see & do. I cannot stress enough the appreciation I have for their cleanliness standards. Their housekeeping works very hard and pays attention to every detail. There is an incredible tiki bar across the street (KRFT) and wonderful food everywhere. It is VERY quiet even though the neighborhood is bustling with tons to do. I hope I have the chance to stay here again and would recommend it for everyone.
