Pegawai paling ramah selama saya menginap di 4 hotel berbeda di Jepang. Wanita di resepsionis dengan ramahnya membawakan koper-koper besar kita ke kamar. Pengalaman pertama di Jepang karena hotel-hotel sebelumnya tidak begitu… bahkan mereka memesankan taksi dan mengurus koper-koper kita ke sopir taksinya saat kita check out dan pindah ke hotel berikutnya, kamar paling nyaman dan besar selama di Jepang. Dan jangan salah hotel ini tidak bisa jalan kaki ke Universal Studio Jepang tapi persis di seberang stasiun kereta yang hanya 1 kali stop menuju USJ. 👍🏻, InsyaAllah akan tetap di sini kalau ke USJ lagi

Highly recommended if you're going to USJ. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and it even provides herbal relaxing sheets for the guests (felt lovely after a tiring day in USJ).

一進門就熱情的服務人員前來指引招待在自助櫃檯報到時，遇到使用問題也能馬上協助處理，令人感到溫馨～飯店設施很新很完善，三樓四樓的泡湯設備也是令人很舒服、戶外賞景平台遊很大也別有設計，夏天來應該會更好。提供一次性旅遊小品也很講究～唯一美中不足的是三樓洗衣間的指引需要標注清楚，找了很久才找到，可以再改進指引表示會更好！

房間不大，不過床鋪很舒適。房間內只有淋浴間，而且四面是牆讓人覺得很封閉，後來都是在 3 樓的大眾溫泉洗澡（check in 時會再收溫泉費）。那裡的環境舒適，一切備品都很齊全，還有戶外空間可以休息，可以透過網頁或面板查看目前人潮量也是大加分。3 樓自助式早餐非常豐盛，我們 8 點去用餐時沒什麼人（那天環球影城 9 點開園）。

我无法自动办理入住手续，被告知要等几分钟后，却没有人回应，所以我不得不等了好一会儿。我问还要等多久，终于有人帮我办理了。第一天晚上我去了水疗中心，但那里的外国人礼貌非常差，让我无法放松享受，反而让我更加疲惫，所以从第二天开始，我就只在房间里洗澡了。

It's actually a really awesome experience. The room is just a little too tight, and when we asked for an upgrade at night, unfortunately it was sold out. But definitely will come back to Liber hotel next time and book a bigger room.

Langsung depan stasiun. 1 stop ke Universal Studio. Kalau mau jalan dari USJ pun bisa. Ada onsen yang bagus. Sayang sekali kalau cuma menginap 1 malam karena hotelnya bagus dan nyaman.

Kamarnya pas untuk kami ber 4 dengan masing-masing matras berukuran 120cm. View yang bagus dari jendela kamar. Kamar tertata rapi, sempurna, bersih. Shower dan closet terpisah. Kamar modern tidak seperti hotel style Jepang pada umumnya. Lokasi hanya perlu naik 1x train ke USJ saja.
