本人入住20樓的房間，真的被大大的窗外風景吸引，好舒服好靚，如果選擇不用執房，酒店會放一包新毛巾連一包蒸氣敷眼貼，很好的服務！
酒店大堂也有多款住宿必需品給租客提取。
唯一缺點酒店房間不是獨立冷氣，安排時段中午可以調校冷氣，到晚上必須是暖氣！
令到如果當晚不是太凍，房間就像焗爐很熱，難以入睡！
酒店如果可以改善房間上述問題就更好了！
本人都有推介給朋友這酒店！
我有機會再去名古屋也會再入住！

房間空間太小，電梯裡面沒有冷氣，高樓層的飯店，電梯只有三部，要等很久….大廳冷氣很弱，竟然是早上10:00就要退房，非常不合理，唯一可以的是交通便利，離名古屋車站很近。

離名古屋新幹線口很近! 離bic camera及鳥貴族及松乃家甚至就在隔壁、隔壁一點點也有LAWSON便利店 附近也有客多美咖啡店。房內空間蠻大的，高樓層可以看到新幹線列車進出。

飯店距離JR車站北口（太閤通口）走路只要5分鐘，離big camera也非常近，購物方便！樓下就是Lawson、世界的山炸雞翅店，半夜想吃宵夜不是問題
旅館是舒服的商務旅館，大廳有可以自取的備品與免費咖啡，最棒的是房間裡大面落地玻璃看出去的高層樓景色！光是這點就值得了。

選擇了高樓層方案，房里半幅牆的落地玻璃窗無論早上還是夜晚景觀也很不錯！房內備有空氣淨化機附加濕功能、衛生間採用乾濕分離佈局、牙刷浴鹽等物品在大堂自取減少浪費、大堂設有自助咖啡機在服務時間內住客可自由使用。酒店地下就有LAWSON便利店，旁邊還有一家餐廳，完全不用擔心宵夜吃什麼怕就怕你吃不下哈哈！距離JR名古屋站約5分鐘路程，拉著行李走地面的話太閣通口出來往右手邊抬頭就看到酒店藍色的招牌了。而讓我選擇這間酒店的最重要原因就是前台可以寄存行李過夜！因為我有要去溫泉和local tour，旅程中途有三趟需要退房隔天再入住，不想提著大大的行李箱走動...我查過名古屋站的酒店好幾間口袋名單也註明不提供行李寄存過夜，那幾間房價還比這邊貴一大半呢...總歸很滿意這次的住宿，有機會再來名古屋會想再次入住！

That's surprised me how Expedia/hotel could offered to me it's a three beds room for three persons (one is sofa bed) but my room 1802 was actually room as for two persons only. That's too much narrow of room passage, can't to walking, turning difficultly, no more space and let us inconvence after sofa bed was opened. Also, it let me crazy the central air-condition will auto conditioning stop and it will output hot air after restarted it by us. Their front-desk only recommended "if you don't want hot air the solved way is turn it off only". Under above these, I have no choice but to turned it off and harded to switch on smalliar ventination near at windows to balance room tempture and breathing.
that's ridiculous in my mine and a sad experience. We will never re-booked this low-quality hotel and we will not introduce to my friend.
