The room is spacious and have the Mt. Fuji view.They also offer free shuttle service between the hotel and Kawaguchiko station. The driver is very nice and can communicate in English. Very good!

地點不太方便。除非是自駕人士，不然搭交通工具從河口湖過來要轉巴士15分鐘左右，而且班次有限，很早就沒巴士出入酒店。所以不太方便，要出去覓食的話，也要有十幾分鐘，才有餐廳。但是景色還是很美的，可以看到富士山，早餐是燒烤，可以邊吃邊看富士山。員工都很有禮貌

Excellent view of Mt. Fuji from room window. Location is a bit off from tourist attractions and shopping/dining areas. Driving is recommended. Staff attitude is a big concern. The front desk staff's priority message is late check out will be charged even the occupancy rate is very low. There is no welcoming atmosphere. Room is large but the interior is much run down and old.

I was thrilled to visit Mount Fuji, but the hotel check-in process was a real downer! The receptionist was a Japanese man with a chilly attitude. He even looked down on people, making me feel like I was being discriminated against! Hands down, it was the worst check-in experience of my trip!!!
