The hotel is clean. The bed and pillow are comfortable. All the staffs are nice and helpful. There is a canteen at the lobby and drinking machine is provided. There is free simple breakfast provided in the morning. MTR station is nearby. There are many types of restaurant nearby too. Highly recommended.

維修關係，新宿站西口不易找到路面的出口酒店旁有24小時藥莊，的確很方便酒店入口只有一條單方向扶手電梯上大堂初到達時剛好是下行要找人上大堂找職員轉成上行方向有點不便但其他都尚可

WPU has an excellent location near Shinjuku station and provided great value for money. it's close to transportation hub, restaurants and shopping. Service was warm and efficient, and everyone spoke excellent English which made it super convenient. The single room was very compact as indicated by the size, but everything was brand new and sparkling clean, including a spotless bathroom. i could fully open a medium size suitcase (26 inches). there is a sizeable common kitchen, dining and lounge. My needs were simple and the only minor downsides were no tv/phone in room, and no view (just a small opaque window). It's a good choice for anyone who wants a good quality simple stay in a central location. Would book again.

The hotel is located on the busy street so you will sometimes hear sirens or noise at night. The condition of the hotel is good and the room is big comparing to other hotels in the area. Simple breakfast is provided, which is a plus.
