Great hotel in every regard. Well located very central. Good access to shops and restaurants. Rooms are neat and tidy and sized appropriately. Room cost great value for money. Would recommend to any traveller going to Vientiane.

新的飯店經理是個很nice的經理人，會跟旅客聊天，還很體貼的派車送我去機場。飯店的附近好逛、好買、離餐廳、湄公河都是步行可以到，附近路口常有嘟嘟車，交通工具也方便。

Good location, close to shops, Temples and the Mekong River. Great evening market along the river. Lots of things to see and places to eat. Would like to see some information about the town. The Manager a Mr. Jeffrey Pang was especially helpful in guiding me around town.

모든것을 직원 앞에서 동의를 얻고 호텔 닷컴으로 예약 함. 예약 후 돌변하여 카드 온라인 결제 이외에 현찰을 더 요구 함. 내 앞에서 호텔 닷컴과 전화 통화를 여러번 시도 했으나 전화가 들리지 않는다고 두번이상 호텔 직원이 전화를 끊어버림. 정말 최악의 호텔 중 하나임.

위치가 좋다. 한국인들에게 유명한 식당 및 쉼터등 도보 이용가능함. 조용하고 숙소 컨디션은 보통이나 벌레가 없어 좋았다. 손님 대부분은 중국인. 조식은 별로. 부근에 도기니국수나 후르츠헤븐에서 간단히 해결 가능하다. 채널 7번 ytn, 59번 아리랑tv, 61번 kbs world 나옴.^^

Air conditioning is poor. After checked in, the room air conditioning is spoilt. Changed room, but the air conditioning took a long time to cool the room down. Hotel is quite run down, not worth paying USD 50 for this hotel. Seen better hotel nearby. This hotel require renovation .

pros : good location cons : unprofessinal and indiffernet staff, sparse breakfast, small room overpriced 여기 비싸고 별로니까 가지 마시구요 밑으로 50미터정도만 내려오면 Khampane boutique hotel 있는데 거기 묵어보니 가격도 훨 더 싸고 시설도 더 낫네요 여기는 완전 비추!

For a new hotel, you can tell they have cut corners. Things are broken or falling a part. There was only one person working during the day so check in took awhile too. Room had a balcony but it was only about 2 ft wide. The location was its only saving grace.

전체적으로 위치는 매우 만족스러웠으며 호텔에서 도보 10분거리안에 한국식당들, 번화가, 쇼핑센터등이 입지하여 편리했다. 툭툭을 타기도 편했고....호텔도 깔끔했으나 생각같이 크지는 않아서 한국의 모텔처럼 층당 객실이 4개정도였던 것은 좀 생각과 달랐다. 식당도 깔끔한 편이었으나 직원들의 친절도는 좀 별로였다. 내 방엔 에어컨의 조절기가 고장이라 온도조절이나 끌 수가 없었는데 알고보니 에어컨 리모콘이 없던 것. 직원이 가져다 준 리모컨엔 건전지가 없었고..다시 얘기해 받았으나 조절되지않았다.(에어컨자체 고장인듯) 결국은 방을 바꿔달라 해서 바꿔야 했었다.

Indeed this hotel is new and location is good, however nothing special. Can they keep current high rating as the hotel is getting older? It is a bit regrettable some guests are noisy in the dining room.
