A quiet and homely environment. Covered carpark but no security guard and accessible to rooms without having to scan keycard in lifts.

The stalls were nice and helpful. The helped us load our luggage and provided extra table for our room as I requested. They kept our stuff left in the room after our check out so we could retrieve it two days after checking out. The rooms are quiet.

Kamar sangat besar, awal check in dapat kamar lantai 11, tetapi karena wifi tidak konek jadi di tukar ke lantai 18 dan wifi super fast. Menu breakfast lumayan enak, hanya saja di hari ke-3 nasi masih terasa keras belum matang sempurna. Kawasan apartemen sangat sepi dan sunyi, jauh dari keramaian kota dan akses transportasi umum juga sangat jauh, kalau mau ke mana-mana harus naik Grab car dulu untuk ke JB Sentral baru naik bus. Apartemen hanya kurang mesin cuci tidak ada dan perlengkapan untuk memasak juga tidak ada, staff sangat baik dan membantu, thanks you.

Tempatnya bersih dan luas. Cocok untuk anggota keluarga. Hanya kekurangannya, ada dapur lengkap (kompor listrik dan teko listrik, kulkas), tapi enggak ada perlengkapan masaknya (misalkan alat hanya untuk masak mi rebus).

For a Ramada by Wyndham brand Hotel I was not impressed at all. From the building exterior upon arrival. It looked OK. But once we stepped in, it gave us a feeling of a low frills service apartment or Air BNB with a check in counter. The room was OK, can see there was daily cleaning maintenance done. The bad experience for me in this stay was the bed. I could not rest well the entire night as the bed/mattress was too hard for me. Maybe its OK for others. But it was just way too hard for me. I could feel the spring right on my back. The complimentary breakfast was basic.

Two-badroom deluxe king menginap 4 malam. Di awali dengan drama kecil, mereka tidak menemukan pemesanan saya 🤒. Tapi akhirnya, mereka dapat menemukannya kembali. 🤗. Staff hotel ramah, sopan, kooperatif dan sangat membantu. Bilik di kemas setiap hari, handuk diganti juga tiap hari. Peralatan dapur lengkap, jadi bisa masak. Tempat makan dekat dan enak, kedai swalayan pun dekat juga. Kekurangannya, mesin cuci tidak ada. Selebihnya exelent. Saya sangat puas. 😁. Terima kasih Ramada @ The Straits Residences Johor Bahru.

Itu apartemen baru yang dijadikan hotel, tempat nya bagus, nyaman, cuma saya minta maaf lah, itu miniatur pajangan apartemen di deket lobby bawah pojok diacak-acak sama anak-anak orang-orangan nya jadi pada ngegelantungan di pohon-pohonan, jadi cakep banget dah.
